I must say as a vegetarian, the four seasons buffet breakfast is excellent! Pradip staff is very friendly and helpful. Ambience is great! It's healthy food. Follow me on my adventures of more vegetarian buffets! Views from restaurant is 180 excellent!

We stayed in here for 4 days and Langkawi Berjaya 5 days. Its totally different experience. Berjaya Langkawi is super well maintained even in rainforest and totally worth the money. Amazing breakfast buffet and cleaning in there but in Times Square hotel poor maintained, not cleaning enough and breakfast has so limited options doesn't worth to money. Its location perfectly convenient, very busy city hotel. Rooms air conditioning is not working, no weather enough in room. you see yellow stains in the toilet walls, air conditioner areas, sofas stained and smells bad even they say gave me prime room? Sink faucets and taps are old and tired not strained a healthy water to wash our faces and it's interesting design so small, underlaying our faces to completely turning up to the tap.

Really good stay with warm welcoming from hotel staff. The housekeeping is indeed have a good deed, He is so friendly and kind especially the staff named Sakib. The room is spacious and comfortable, the complementary goods always being filled during make up the room.

Berjaya was a complete surprise for us when we came to know they serve vegetarian food moslty. Since we follow “Jain” diet, it made life so much simpler for us. Hotel and service was overall amazing but the service in the club lounge was superb, there was such a nice waiter, Shipon, very helpful and incredibly friendly and sweet towards us and remembering to add an extra chair and set of cutlery since we were five people and would boil water in preparation knowing we liked to enjoy a cup of tea after our meals, the chef in the evening was an amazing cook and incredibly friendly too.

Location is really good. There are a lot of places to enjoy shopping and eating. The staffs of the hotel is so kind. It’s easy to ask anything when we are in trouble. Especially, a staff, whose name is Abinash, kept the room clean and helped us in need.
