Berjaya Times Square Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

When we arrived at this hotel, it took 30 minutes to check in, the receptionist kept ducking off to attend to other problems. We were then issued with our key cards and room number which was located in the east tower. After arriving at the lift the key cards didn't work to allow the lift to move to our floor. We had to go back to reception to verify cards and after re-coding they still didn't work. An employee eventually came to try and solve the problem. Finally after about 30 minutes they finally corrected the issue. We then went into our room with
no bath towels or bathmats. Only towels were 2 pool towels. The safe didn't work. Only one bedroom side lamp. Also when showering the shower flooded the bathroom floor.
The only positive about this hotel was we were allowed a late check out with no further cost.
All in all not a very satisfying stay. Would not stay at this hotel ever again.

We arrived at the hotel during the peak of ‘end of Ramadan’ holiday so didn’t hold up much hope for attentive service —— but we were wrong! We met Florian at the Front Desk and from then on we knew we had chosen a good hotel. She was fantastic every step of the way. She went beyond the call of duty and helped us out with all our questions. She organised an extra bed to be placed in our Club Room and did everything with a smile as if it were no trouble. Recommend this hotel as a great and often cheaper option if you are looking for a 5Star in the middle of KL

The location and price were great. My two kids really enjoyed the bunk beds, and now they don’t want to leave Malaysia.

We met Florina during check-in and she was incredibly friendly. The kids absolutely loved her. she really knows how to handle and engage with children so well. Thank you, Florina, for making our stay even more memorable

A great feature of this hotel is its location. Almost every tour leaves from in front of Berjaya Times Square. Additionally, it’s right over the mall with a food court, giving easy access to Eastern and Western food.
The lobby is gorgeous but check-in is on the 14th floor. It’s a bit more dated.
The staff is the best—friendly, efficient, and accommodating.
The rooms are also a bit dated but very clean. You need to heat water 15 min before you’re actually ready to take a shower. Air-co takes a little while to kick in but once it does, you’re good.
I got a massage at the spa which was fabulous.
Considering the hotel is in the center of Times Square, it’s very quiet in the room.
Very important—BEST BREAKFAST BUFFET EVER!!!!

Great service at the Club Lounge by Apon where we dined twice. Vegan lovers will find an interesting variety of food. We personally loved Chef Masud’s pastas. It was easily one of the best we’ve had. Overall the stay and particularly the two dinings at Club Lounge was the highlight of our trip.

Excellent location, service, food and amenities. Had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Appreciate Ms. Ahrshna for her polite and professional service. She was very patient and provided us all guidance and information for our stay. She is an asset to the hotel as her exemplary service brings more credibility to the hotel.

bilik best dan selesa. the room price was quite affordable untuk location yang tengah tengah KL. went for a meeting/ discussion there and the seminar room was comfy enough. except it was too cold for us to handle.

We arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, and the front office team was exceptionally considerate in accommodating our early arrival. The security personnel offered a warm and professional welcome, setting a positive tone from the moment we stepped into the property.

The concierge team was fantastic—attentive, efficient, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. Their service truly enhanced our overall experience.

Our room (2012) was spacious, beautifully appointed, and offered breathtaking views of the swimming pool and the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. The bathroom amenities were outstanding, thoughtfully curated, and of excellent quality, adding a touch of luxury to our stay.

Although we did not request housekeeping services during our stay, the housekeeping team still went above and beyond. Whenever we encountered them near our room, they courteously checked in to ensure everything was in order and that we were comfortable. Their attentiveness and dedication did not go unnoticed.

Overall, it was a truly wonderful and memorable stay. The professionalism and warmth demonstrated by every team member made a significant difference. We will most certainly return and look forward to our next visit.

I arrived early at around 2:00 pm, and I was pleasantly surprised that the room was already ready, allowing me to check in immediately.
The room was very spacious and offered a fantastic view of the Petronas Twin Towers along with the swimming pool.
The bed was extremely comfortable, which helped me fully relax after a long and busy workday.
Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. Although the menu was mainly vegetarian and I am not vegetarian, the quality and taste exceeded my expectations and I truly enjoyed it.
The conference room was very well prepared and comfortable, making the training sessions smooth and productive.
Overall, the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. I noticed many international staff members, and their dedication and hard work were clearly evident.
I had a very pleasant stay and will definitely come back again.

While the hotel itself is excellent, the Vege cafe is the standout for me - they are redefining vegetarianism with amazing quality and taste. Their service is outstanding too
My husband is a non-vegetarian and he thinks the vegetarian food here beats everything else we tried in Malaysia too. Cherry on top of the cake is that most of their dishes are without onion and garlic

I must say as a vegetarian, the four seasons buffet breakfast is excellent! Pradip staff is very friendly and helpful. Ambience is great! It's healthy food. Follow me on my adventures of more vegetarian buffets! Views from restaurant is 180 excellent!

The room need refurbidh, it feelss old. But still nice, since it's attached with the mall.
They have various option for breakfast from western to local, and got a great service from Pradip who is really helpful.

Pradip was very attentive during breakfast service, offering great coffees and take dirty plates away efficiently.

I had a very pleasant stay at Berjaya Times Square Hotel. The hotel’s location is excellent, with direct access to the mall and convenient public transport, making it easy to move around Kuala Lumpur. The room was spacious, comfortable, and suitable for a relaxing stay.

I would especially like to praise Naqiu and Ahrishna for their exceptional service. Both of them were very professional, friendly, and attentive, always willing to assist with a warm smile. Their helpful attitude and dedication truly made my stay more enjoyable and stress-free.
