Pros:

Nice quiet property with lovely staff.

Cons:

It was perfectly located for our needs, but a bit off the beaten path for someone who wants to explore the more touristy parts of Rome.

Very very good hotel
Pros:

Everything was very good. The people, hospitality and the food for breakfast. Also the roomseevice is excelent , the food is perfect. Also there is a outside terrace where you can enjoy drink, food and cigarettes. Near to hotel there is amazing Park you can use for sports, running and other fitness activities

Lovely boutique hotel out of the way but fine if using uber

Easy to navigate due to size - very boutique
Staff attentive and friendly

Cons:

Restaurant choice is a tiny menu there- breakfast average
Would be good to have restaurant suggestions locally that are tried and true
Driveway narrow but fine so uber was reluctant to drive up to the hotel door which was a problem with elderly people

Hotel je skvělý, jen jídlo si zařizujte jinde.
Pros:

Dobrá lokalita, dostatečně daleko od cesty a není slyšet hluk. Krásný pokoj, čistý, koupelna čistá. Hotel je krásně upravený. Velmi kvalitní fén, který dobře fungoval, vybavení moderní a hezké.

Cons:

Snídaně byla hrozná. Výběr minimální, jídlo zklamalo. Například vajíčka se objednávají, první den přišli a vše nabídli, byli ochotní, donesli dobrou kávu. Na druhý den nikdo nepřišel, v kávě co přinesli byl na dně ubrousek, a po upozornění neochotně předělali kávu, ještě nespokojení, že jsme vrátili kávu.

Pros:

Was very clean, had modern in-room amenities. Charming property and friendly staff. Was a few minutes walk from the Bologna subway station. Very accessible by uber/taxi. Good place to stay if you don’t mind commuting to “downtown” Rome.

Cons:

No gym—but that’s expected for small boutique hotels like this. There are nearby gyms anyway did have day passes.
