Categories

Cleanliness
8
Many guests explicitly praised cleanliness (‘very clean’, ‘clean and spacious’), but there are clear negatives (reports of dusty rooms and dirty bedspreads), so overall slightly below the target.
Service
9.9
Staff is repeatedly described as fantastic, courteous and helpful; good shuttle service and accommodating behavior (e.g., letting guests watch the World Cup), so service is a strong positive.
Location
8.7
Location is frequently noted as convenient (close to airport, UNR, and shops), but some noise from the nearby interstate/trucks/tank farm detracts from it.
Room Quality
9.4
Rooms and beds are often described as comfortable, modern and spacious with useful extras (mini-fridge, microwave); a few mentions of ordinary or slightly tired rooms temper the score.
Amenities
8.6
On-site restaurant, pool, hot tub, shuttle and in-room fridges/microwaves are positives; intermittent issues (TV cutting out) and some limited breakfast amenities lower the score slightly.
Value for Money
8.9
Multiple guests call it good value and convenient for stopovers; overall perceived as fair value despite a few facility shortcomings.
Food and Beverage
7.6
The restaurant and some breakfasts are praised, but there are recurring complaints: late breakfast start for some, missing oatmeal/gluten-free options, limited fresh fruit and dry items, so this category is the weakest.
Overall Experience
9.3
Most guests report a positive stay and would return (comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good amenities), though isolated incidents (noise, fire alarm due to smoking, TV failures) moderated some experiences.

Great stay and service in a time of need.
Pros:

We were evacuated due to a fire and stayed three nights with the first night I booked through booking but the next two nights talked directly with the staff. I was given a low rate due to disaster relief. The restaurant had delicious dinner and the continental was great. We could take out dogs outside and the room was spacious.

Cons:

Would stay here again, but would try to book ahead next time to avoid having to pay as much as we did for this stay
Pros:

We loved the Gambi’s restaurant and the pool. Our room was quite spacious and I loved having a laundry room on our floor. The staff was amazing!

Cons:

The carpet in the hallways and the smell of the hotel. This was a shame, because it made the property feel old and unclean, and while it might be an older hotel, it was definitely clean. The included breakfast was disappointing though.
