It was a perfect relaxing place to stay before a long flight home the next day.
Pros:

It was close to the airport with good shuttle service. It was clean and quiet with a very comfy room, nice pool and hot tub and the restaurant had very good food.

Cons:

The free morning breakfast could have been better. The potatoes were so dry they were inedible. Sausage and eggs ok.

Overnight pit stop
Pros:

The restaurant was good-- had a lovely salad for dinner and a normal full breakfast. The room was ordinary, general facilities unremarkable and a bit tired.

Cons:

Wow, so much noise outside the hotel. Sandwiched between the I-80 freeway, the tank farm, and the parked semi-trucks, it was truly a sight. I tried to have my meal in the outside courtyard, interior and far away from the freeway, and still the noise was incredible. Poor birds.

Pros:

It was clean and comfortable. Had free breakfast and a pool and spa.

Cons:

Our room smelt like a fart when we got there. We realized it was the bathroom so we just kept the door closed. Also there is only 2 small elevators and so many floors.

Clean and comforting stay - with our family and dog.
Pros:

Liked how it was away from downtown - looked dated from the outside, but when walked into the lobby and checked into our room, it was updated and clean. Also, Teresa at the front desk was very helpful and friendly during check-in and offered us bottled water, which was great, since we just drove 4 hours to get there. Liked how they accommodated our dog and there is a restaurant we could order room service from.

Cons:

Since there was a full house - took quite a while to get an elevator that was not packed with people/carts on Sunday morning to get to the lobby.

no I cancelled it because they said there’s no room for me
Pros:

they‘re not very helpful

Cons:

they said they can‘t find my reservation but i got a message from them before the date and they also said that 3rd party booking is not guarantee that you‘re booking go thru which I think is not the issue because they found my reservation but told me there’s no room for me.

Good hotel, subpar breakfast experience
Pros:

It is a good hotel, the room was clean; the parking is convenient, with a possibility of EV charging.

Cons:

The breakfast room was set up weird, and the staff was not restocking food items. There was a large group of construction workers staying there and they had to wait until somebody will replenish eggs and sausage. We had to wait too.

Cons:

Breakfast quality could be better. Would have liked a small bar of soap for face; didn't like using liquid hand soap to wash my face.

Aside from lack of house keeping, the BW always delivers dependable, consistent accommodations

Always a pleasure...
Pros:

Always a pleasure to stay in this Best Western. Our room was cool and spotless Thanks to Debra, Teresa, Maddie and all the girls, They are so nice and helpful. We needed to extend our stay and they helped with that, too
Thanks to Joel and Isabella at the Gambi's Restaurant...Really good food. Favorites?: Beet salad, Sliders, Carne pizza. Red wine, Pina colada, creme brule and the ice cream.
