A good place to rest up between long drives
Pros:

Loved the fact that there was an in-house restaurant to order from! And the citrus hand soap smelt amazing

Cons:

The door to our room wasn’t really sealed off from the hallway I could see through the space between the door and door frame into the hallway

The beds, they were very nice and comfortable, I slept so good and longer than usual and that is a plus for me, the staff is very friendly and helpful specialy the Maids, thank you to all of you for taking such good care of me and my family during our stay, can't wait to come back on another trip to Best Western Plus Sparks - Reno Hotel

Great rooms and good location close to casinos etc and freeway
Pros:

Lovely room - modern and very comfortable.
Free shuttle service around Reno was great - shout out to Matthew.
Lovely front of house staff - thank you to Theresa for the restaurant recommendation.

Cons:

Free breakfast was pretty dire and I wouldn’t bother; the restaurant decor was a bizarre pirate theme! Very trippy lol.

I’d stay again as it is along a route I travel occasionally and it has a nice restaurant attached.
Pros:

Cons:

No soap or conditioner in the shower. Bed not very comfortable.

Front desk clerk was very nice. Efficient. Friendly. Really appreciated her welcoming attitude.

Cons:

The only thing a little off was bathroom sink didn't drain very efficiently. We know to press button to open drain. Very slow drain left icky film in sink. That's all.

Excellent & comfortable and extremely quiet.
Pros:

The room was terrific, though the view included the roofs of numerous box warehouses and the pool & jacuzzi weren’t open. Everything clean & worked well. Grateful that Betflux was accessible on the TV.

Cons:

Keurig coffee makers! They’re filling the landfill with plastic one cup at a time!! They don’t make anything easier for the customer! Traditional one-cup drip coffeemakers with the drop-in coffee bag (like a teabag) are fine! Or how about a coffee station on every floor?

We had a great weekend and really enjoyed dinner in the Gambi restaurant, the food was outstanding!
Pros:

We loved having breakfast in the Gambi restaurant it was very unique and entertaining space. The selection of food was very good. Eggs, sausage , pastries, juice, coffee, all the basics.

Cons:

The eggs were cold, they may stay warmer in an all-metal chafer dish instead of one with a plastic roll back lid. Otherwise, tasted good.
