Great hotel to stay at in Reno my first time here and I was very pleased with my stay !!!!
To sum it up everything is good but the complimentary breakfast.The breakfast they use to have was perfect.The new complimentary breakfast is terrible.They basically just set everything out and leave it plus they dont have half the items the other breakfast had.Get rid of the restaurant.Terrible customer service.

The hotel was clean, the staff were polite and the breakfast was plenty. The mattress was very comfortable. Easy access off and back on the freeway. Everything we needed in a hotel.
Staff was super courteous. The attached restaurant and bar was very nice. Very close proximity to the freeway which made it very convenient.
We Stay here when doing things in and around Reno! It’s clean friendly and they now have a restaurant.

Most of the staff were so pleasant, except a gentleman assisting with the breakfast. He seemed to be kinder to those who didn't have dark skin. He was very abrasive and sharp with people who look like me.
The hotel was a lot better than I expected.
The king suits are the most amazing rooms! There is a king bed and a tv in one area with a sliding door that opens to a dining, living room type area with a pull out bed and another tv. Lots of room for pets/kids. Very comfortable beds, and we loved the outdoor heated pool and hot tub. We have stayed twice now and it’s our new go to for Reno trips.
We liked the easy access. We stopped on our way home from a visit to Utah. The room was clean, most things were in good condition. Parking was convenient and we could see our car from the window of our room. The A/C filter popped out and we couldn't get it back in. The shower door wouldn't stay closed and kept sliding open. However, we reported it and they will fix it. The onsite restaurant was convenient. We had a very good dinner in the evening and breakfast the next morning. We would definitely go back.

Very nice hotel. Easy access from I80 (two exit options). Parking well lit. A mile.from Casino on same frontage road, so quiet at night. Would stay again. Also, restaurant on site with bar, has good food.
The clerk could not find our reservation in their system. She kept going back and forth between the Expedia site and theirs, but could not find a record. I showed her my printed confirmation. When we inquired if they had rooms, she said yes, but that we had paid through a third party vendor--suggesting that I would need to pay them for a room. At that point I asked to see the manager. The manager found the reservation and we were successfully checked in. However, it took us 20 minutes of watching her go back and forth muttering to herself before the manager was summoned and the issue resolved.
The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bed was great. Usually hotel beds are way too soft, but this one was perfect.

Pool and spa are great! Breakfast was Okay.
Everything was fine. We wanted to eat breakfast the morning of our departure, not the continental breakfast, but were told the restaurant was short staffed and unable to offer the breakfast menu. We ate the continental breakfast. It was like most others, so-so. No lids for the awfully hot coffee.
Room excellent, nice hotel, easy check-in. Breakfast lacking attention: zero staff for the 45 minutes we were there. Empty coffee, no cups, no spoons.

The handicap rooms are not ADA compliant. The doorways are not 36 in. The shower opens backwards, likely causing scalding of a handicapped person if they could get in the bathroom? Even in the bathroom there is not room for a wheelchair and the commode. filing an ADA complaint for the DOJ to investigate and resolve
