Pleasant, comfortable and convenient for us.
Pros:

It was clean and spacious and quiet. The staff were very friendly and responsive.

Cons:

There was no breakfast offered. The location isn't the greatest but it was convenient to our destination.

Wasn’t good value for the money!
Pros:

Proximity to event was perfect.

Cons:

The floor of our room has tiles that were broken and sticking up on the edges. A good recipe for a fall.
Also, there were hairs left in the shower. Gross!

I don’t think I’d stay here in the future
Pros:

Comfortable bed, large room

Cons:

The room was not too clean. Hair all over the bathroom sink, coffee marks on the counter in the kitchen. Gross to say but poop stains in the toilet.

Awful experience
Cons:

They didn’t let us stay overnight. I want a refund. I had a physical license because I made the reservation. However, they wouldn’t let my husband come in with me because he didn’t have his physical license on him but he had a picture of the front and back in his phone. They refused to let him stay so we had to leave. I have NEVER been asked by both adults to provide an ID, especially since I made this reservation. This rule was nowhere in my booking confirmation. I would like a full refund for this. They told us booking.com would refund us.

Addition: I did reach out the Booking.com and they tried to contact the hotel - no success. Their hands are tied.

Disappointed Stay
Pros:

I was there for a week from Florida to help with my family. Had to extend another week. I would have changed hotels, but location was the reason I booked this hotel. What a disappointment as I thought this was a premier hotel. I was there for sleeping only and was out all day. Each morning I would go to get coffee in the lobby area around 8am and for the entire 15 days of my stay there were either no cups, creamer or breakfast items. I only wanted coffee and did not care about the other items, when I went to the front desk to ask for cups they said I would have to wait while they washed some. My room smelled of cigarettes, and the bed was too firm. My chair was ripped and the mirror was removed and not replaced on the second day of my stay. I had to purchase my coffee each morning from the local Dunkin’ and I bought an air freshener for the room. The shower curtain had a yellow stain on the bottom. There were no issues with noise and the staff behind the desk were nice and apologetic. They said they were sorry but obviously not their job to order supplies. To the manager, assistant manager, this was unacceptable. I travel with work monthly and have stayed at other premiere Extended Stay hotels and have had wonderful experiences.
