Staff was really cool but the property do need some TLC, you have to go downstairs for ice and water, walls are super thin and rooms are not that clean.

Place was really great.
The were very accommodating.
The place was really nice we loved the esthetic. The bar was very nice it was a very relaxed environment.
We will definitely stay here again

The Lexi initially was okay, but of my 4 nights there, I did not have any hot water during 2 mornings of my stay and only mildly tepid one morning. The desk staff simply shrugged when I spoke to them about it. The hotel manager has not responded to my email regarding this situation. The room was clean enough but I broke out in a lower body rash my third night there. I do not recommend.

Awful experience. Ive already complained and nothing happened. No point in detailing all the downside of staying here. This place should be ashamed.

Mid at best. Rooms are okay but the bathroom could use some work. Overall it has a vintage feel but don’t expect much.

This hotel is not something I would ever consider staying again, unfortunately it was non refundable so we lost our money for the booking plus a $35 resort fee. It’s very old and dirty on the outside, it’s not inviting and it has a creepy vibe just being there, we checked in, stayed for about an hour and me and my wife lef.

This is my go to hotel in Vegas! The staff are fantastic and the pool is the best! Always good times at hotel cool!

First night my water stayed cold in shower sink stopped up bad I ordered food chicken wings were nasty and not done. It was average but nothing around the hotel I would not recommend hotel.

They false advertised from the beginning. Im disabled and to have NO HOT WATER. It was a deplorable stay. I had to leave mid rental. I WANT HALF MY MONEY BACK.

Staff was nice and respectable allowed to smoke outside within the designated areas with no extra bull going on.. staff was very welcoming and water was hot. Nice place away from the noise but close enough to still engange I uber and caught a cab and it was reasonable if you don’t get a rental. Room was clean, pool area is nice didn’t enjoy it much but it it’s a beauty. Will be back guaranteed if it’s under same management x staff

The Lexi is the best kept secret in Las Vegas based on its staff alone. My wife and I come her roughly once a month for staycations since we are locals. The employees at the front desk are always extremely helpful and attentive to your needs beginning with Ashley, Monique and Rayman. The security is top notch with Torey, Pj and the rest of the security crew making sure that guests feel safe. The bartenders and waitresses always give you service with a smile and appear to be genuinely friendly people. I have even had a chance to talk to one of the maids a couple times and she has always catered to our every need. But the real jewel is Lizzie who works out at the pool.... she is always busting her butt and is sweet as can be. I simply do not have words in my lexicon to describe how pleasant my experiences have been with the Lexi's staff thus far. In a word "Bravo!"

Dirty, broke can’t afford to have bar or restaurant open, no real managers available to address issues. A woman completely nude was in the pool and they did not ask her to put bottoms on. It is a topless pool.

The penthouse was great! We had a small hiccup on day one with the air conditioning, but we realize that's not their fault. The staff went WAY out of their way to rectify the problem and truly treated us like VIPs for the rest of our stay. They were so good that I reserved the penthouse for another whole week in the future, before I even left the property. I'd like to acknowledge Simon, Dani, Evie, and the phenomenal security team for making our stay truly luxurious and comfortable.

No lamps in room so lighting is harsh. The “mood lighting” is too soft and you can’t see. The bathrooms don’t have fans so you create a sauna in your room anytime you shower. Minimal linens provided, we asked for another blanket and were told no. It says they have a restaurant, there isn’t one. Overall horrible experience, wouldn’t stay again.

Terrible customer service. The price per night they show on this website which was $110 changed once we tried to check in . We and several other guests not staying with us were told that there was only one room available at that price and it was already occupied. For us to stay in a room exactly like the one on the websites would cost over $200 per night. We where not informed about the charges before our arrival so we had no we were not able to find another hotel anywhere near that area because it was a holiday weekend, we had to drive 2 hours away to find a hotel with availability. This ruined our planned casino weekend. I do not recommend this place.
