Towneplace Suites Abq Airport

Excellent overall. The breakfast was good and the attendant did a nice job of keeping up considering how busy it was. They kept cookies, water and coffee/tea out all day. The only thing that kept five stars was false hopes. We landed super early and got to the hotel at 7 am. We of coarse didn’t expect to get in that early, but it seemed we were told they’d get us in ASAP and would try to expedite the cleaning of our room. We actually didn’t get a call until after check in! I wish I would’ve just been told from the get go,so I didn’t think we had a chance. But the staff were kind and helpful, held our bags and tried to be accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at TownePlace Suites in Albuquerque! From the very beginning, the experience was seamless — the staff went out of their way to accommodate an early check-in, which made my travel day so much easier. Every team member I interacted with was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and stress-free. The combination of great staff support and thoughtful service truly made my stay stand out. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Albuquerque and will definitely be returning!

The room was nice and clean but they were in the middle of some renovations which wasn’t disclosed at time of booking. I did book a couple months in advance maybe the renovation wasn’t planned then but still could have notified me when it was decided.

We checked in on a Wednesday afternoon & checked out Sunday. No Housekeeping any of those days, we had to bring our dirty linen down to the front desk to swap out. We had to ask for more toilet paper. Our shower head broke on Saturday, informed them & was told they couldn’t fix until after we checked out but was sorry. Otherwise everything else was good.

Staff friendly and manager and others were so helpful all over the stay. They were flexible and able to help us if we want to move in different room etc. All the ways they were helpful.
