The Reef at Seahaven Beach Resorts

The room did overlook the beach. The TV didn't work very well.

The room had ants and on our last day we noticed a roach. The smell of marijuana was crazy and shower curtain rod kept falling. Crazy and lid people running around ALL times of night or day.

The location was the best thing about this hotel. Price was not bad either but….. the beds are trash!!! As in, you lay down and there’s no support. The mattress will literally buckle with your body weight. Also room was older and needed better cleaning. The blinds has mildew on them and the ac had mildew also. Also no one works before 7am or after 11pm and no one works on Sunday at all, so if you need clean towels you have to go to the sister hotel down the road to do so. Speaking of towels, you have to take your old towels down to exchange them for new ones in the office. The housekeepers are not very nice either.

I’ll start with the good. Staff was courteous at checkin. Hands down the A/C was the best of any place we have ever stayed. Now the bad: 1) the bed was terrible. We had to go to a nearby store and purchase a $150 mattress topper just to continue our stay. When we went to put the mattress topper on we found mold all over the mattress. The room had been freshly painted but not professionally with many parts not even painted. Then there was the ceiling which was literally falling off into the floor, dirty and moldy. They operate 2 motels out of one office so if you need anything you have to walk to the other motel to get it. We asked for our room to be cleaned one day and when we got back the bed had been made with exact same sheets and pillowcases. When they “cleaned” they did not sweep or mop the floor and left sand everywhere nor did they leave any new towels or washcloths even though they took the dirty ones. Once again another hike to the other motel to get towels. The swimming pool was nasty and had algae everywhere. We had never been to PCB so we didn’t know about this place when we booked but they should not be able to call themselves a hotel or even a “resort”. It would be best to tear it down and start from scratch. The worst part, and the reason I will never stay here again is the parking. They share a parking lot with sharks restaurant and their customer take ALL the parking spaces.

Love the easy excess of beach...but just wish they would paint and do proper repairs...such as no hot water in kitchen sink... low water pressure in shower..no cover on hood light on stove...no silverware for kitchen... dangerous uneven pavement on sidewalk on back of hotel..I tripped and almost fell...on shower coming off beach was out of order .. and the step off walkway sand needs to be shoveled up..hard to step up and down... without falling... Office not open to request towels or other supplies..have to get in vehicle and go to other office at another hotel...no parking at hotel if you leave hotel and come back during busy hours at Sharkey's...not convenient for family with children or the elderly...to have to park across road and travel to hotel and cross against traffic... Very dangerous at night...

We went and bought our on bedding cause there’s had stain on them. There was No service at this location had to drive to different place for service. Then parking was absolutely terrible had to drive nearly a hour in a circle waiting on a spot. Awful!!!!

No front desk clerk. You have to check into a neighboring office. No phone in room. One bed lamp didnt work. Looked like black mold on the wall. Bathroom and sink area was updated and nice.

Friendly staff, the first room didn't have the air working , so we was given another room. The only thing was the room needed sweeping. Found an orange on the foor. But the air worked and we enjoyed it.

The view from the room was beautiful of the Gulf of America. Room was missing bath mat,
wash cloths, also the top sheet. Checked in on Friday , the staff was helpful & friendly. The office was closed Saturday & Sunday. Found out on Sunday that you had to contact another location to request the missing things.

After not being able to find a parking spot after driving through multiple times, we parked across the street about a block down and carried all of our luggage along with my 2 children down to check in. Check in hours were listed as 4-5:30 and we got to the door around 4:15. The doors were locked and there was no one at the front desk as we could see through the glass. I called the # listed on the door and was told we would need to walk another block down to check in at their other location. After walking so far with our luggage already, I asked to just cancel our reservation and get our money back. I was told that if I canceled the reservation, I would not be able to get my money back, but since I booked with a 3rd party, I would have to call them. She gave me the # to call, but when I called the # it took me back to the same office I had just spoke with and as soon as they picked up, I was hung up on. I did get another # to call the 3rd party with and was placed on hold so that they could call the hotel and confirm there were problems getting checked in and even they couldn't get ahold of anyone. We ended up booking another hotel and I'm not sure yet if I will be able to get my money back or not. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Came here as part of a girls trip. Room was dirty, service was ok when you could find it. Half the time if we wanted to talk to someone we had to walk over to the neighbor hotel and talk to their front desk, and the whole time i was there the shower/bathtub worked once. Would NOT stay again.

We love how easy access it is to the at beach level.
Will recommend to anyone. This place is surrounded with lots of activity, food, restaurants, and souvenir store.

Run !!! Never book with these people , they canceled our reservation an still took our money it’s been a nightmare trying to get a hold of the place to get our refund back, the one time they picked up they said we need to speak with a manger an hung up , never even stayed at the place, further research on we are not the first

Overall great. Nice price, excellent view. Super close to beach. Close to several restaurants. Only downside is parking is shared with restaurants so hard to find parking during dinner hours. Would be nice to have a few dedicated spots for guests. Room was Clean for being beachside, ac worked well. Only saw one roach by the door. Plumbing worked fine and would stay again.
