( breakfast)I especially enjoyed the food and the wide variety of options available. Everything was fresh, well prepared, and there was plenty to choose from. The abundance and quality of the offerings made dining one of the highlights of my stay.

Cons:

The hotel's location was excellent and one of the highlights of my stay. It was convenient, close to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation, making it easy to get around.

However, the check-in process was disappointing. It was slower than expected and lacked efficiency, which made for a less welcoming arrival experience. Streamlining the check-in process and improving communication with guests would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Great location for a cruise out of NOLA.
Pros:

The location is extremely convenient to the cruise port. We used Uber and Lyft to get around, and it was a great location and only about 25 minutes from the airport. It was safe with an extra safety measure for the elevators. The rooms were clean and well taken care of. The staff was exceptional and so friendly. The restaurant was nothing grand as far as the breakfast menu, but it was fine. We were able to check in early due to an available room, and that was greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing we did not like.

Pros:

The hotel is situated in an excellent location. The room we occupied was spacious and well-equipped with two televisions. Additionally, it offered a magnificent river view.

They beat people and make extra charges

I paid in full and had these extra charges at checkout and they charged my card 600 something dollars saying they never received my confirmation from booking.com

Cons:

the male staff at front desk on 7/6 - lied about the complimentary water with no transparency on charges to the room (related to a previous request on a kettle which i was lied to also and the kettle was never sent). promised to do the uber credit while chit chatting to a lady for 10mins then leaving my request unattended for another 20mins - the only response i got was that he's on it but with nothing else despite being asked further on how to follow up. the only thing he knows to say was "ill do it"....worst stay ever and would not recommend
