The staff was extremely welcoming and amazing. The Food and drinks were good. And my view was everything.

Cons:

No microwave to heat up your leftovers.

Nice hotel for a city break, note the hidden costs

Great location and huge rooms that are clean

Cons:

Resort fee of $30 per day per room added. This was supposed to give premium
WiFi which never worked and was also supposed to include uber credit which was hard to figure out and expires so make sure to get it added at the start of the stay. Despite the resort fee- late checkout is still charged hourly and there’s no flexibility with this

Not too far from Bourbon Street yet far enough!
The rooms were nice and large.

Cons:

They had free coffee in the morning down in the lobby, but no decaf.

The hotel experience made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Pros:

Beautiful well maintained property. Very clean with a fantastic hose keeping staff. Great amenities. Very helpful staff. All around great experience.

Cons:

Booked a river view room and the view was of the building next door. They need to reclassify for truth in advertising. I Inquired and was told new buildings now block the view so knowing this they should not advertise the view.

Also the destination fee is a money scam and unfortunate up charge.

We were charged an additional fee of $127 for valet parking. This was not disclosed when the room was booked.
Valet parking was NOT a requirement for us, however, we were told that it was our only option.

Overall enjoyable stay with no issues
Pros:

The location was convenient to other areas of New Orleans that the family was interested in visiting. The hotel was clean and the staff were very courteous and accommodating.

Pros:

Hôtel propre, très bien placé proche à pied du French quater et plutôt sécurisant. Le personnel est sympathique et il y a un restaurant sur place qui est bon.
