It was excellent, would stay again!

Beautiful & welcoming
Pros:

The location, close to the river, was where we wanted to be. I enjoyed the pianist in the beautiful lobby in the evenings when we shared a cocktail at the bar. Our room was spacious and clean with an awesome view of the city and the river. Our beds were comfortable. We traveled with our daughter and small dog who loved the space! He was welcomed with a mat, bowl and clean up bags. He enjoyed walking with the family all downtown. We also ate at the property and it was really good. My daughter thought the beignets were the best she'd had! Can't wait to come again in the summer. Beautiful property.

Cons:

We had to valet as there isn't on site parking garage to manage. But we were happy to valet!

Convenient location, very large room, swimming pool pool and whirlpool. Fluffy white towels

Cons:

I would have thought that the considerable nightly rate would have included a complimentary breakfast also the parking was very expensive
