Pros:

My river view room also included a great view of the city. The sunrise over the river was spectacular. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for both the French Quarter and the Garden District. Extremely walkable area.

Pros:

Sehr gutes Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage in einem angenehmen und ruhigeren Quartier, deutlich entspannter als das oft sehr chaotische French Quarter, das dennoch gut zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Valet-Service ist im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in New Orleans erfreulich günstig und sehr praktisch.

Cons:

Die Infrastruktur und Einrichtung des Hotels sind teilweise nicht mehr ganz auf dem neuesten Stand.

good place, nice stay
Pros:

central location, price was acceptable, room was very good.

Cons:

Lack of flexibility of booking.com and Loews as I had to change dates, and suddenly, the flexibility was not an option anymore, except for prolongating the stay. Not shortening.
I have been sent here and there without solution so I had to pay 2 nights for nothing.

Perfect Stay! Location, cleanliness, comfort and great service!
Pros:

beds were super clean and comfortable, location was perfect and the bar and restaurant food and drinks and waiter were wonderful! Our valet guy was super nice too!

Cons:

price was a bit high for such a large group (we were a team of 9 players and their families) and breakfast was not included

Top NOLA value
Pros:

Excellent location for many kinds of attractions. Larger rooms are really large and comfortable. Huge bathrooms. Excellent beds. Friendly staff. Nice Restaurant and bar.

Cons:

Great breakfast but staff seemed uninterested in service.

This is a great hotel that feels like home every time we stay.
Pros:

This is a very comfortable hotel with a laid back atmosphere. The location is great and the staff are always outstanding. It is showing slight signs of wear and tear and might be up for a remodel in the near future.

Cons:

The shower in our room had poor water pressure and the shower head leaked while using it. Also the toilet seat didn't fit the commode and would slide sideways when sat on.
