Un bon Hotel d’escale.
Pros:

Rapport qualité prix imbattable.
Chambre climatisé, et climatisation fonctionnelle.
Un bon hôtel d’escale avant de partir ou d’arriver du Laos.
Heure d’arrivée ou de départ flexible.
Personnel très agréable

Cons:

Le personnel ne parle pas anglais. Il n’y a pas de wi-fi dans l’établissement, et on capte mal.

Good value, clean, and functional
Pros:

The check-in was easy, and the room was nice. Bathroom and shower arrangement worked and was fine. Location was good for walking around the city. Air conditioning and water heating was okay too.

Cons:

Nothing not to like.

Superb
Pros:

Great location along a street with many hair salons and eateries. Shopping mall and D1 hill 5 min walk away, A1 hill 15 mins. Bed was very comfortable - in fact, the most comfortable I've had in Laos/Vietnam.

Excellent to stay for tow nights
Pros:

Nice and clean hotel ,comfortable bed .I booked a standard room,but given a room with bacon

We loved An Loc Hotel!
Pros:

Just as shown in the pictures. Spacious, located in the downtown of Dien Bien Phu and nicely priced. Lately, pretty pictures can be misleading. This was not the case at all. We were satisfied with our stay. Even though it was located in the center city, it was still quiet. I don't understand why this place got so many bad reviews. It met our expectations.

To visit all the tourists attrations, the manager was able to help us book a taxi for the day and he even let us check out late because we needed to take the sleeping bus back to Hanoi overnight. Very helpful staff! Thank you!

Cons:

They did not speak much English nor French. But used google translate and it worked.
