Staff very friendly, restaurant stayed open for us when we arrived last minute so we could get some proper hot food. Breakfast buffet really good too, lovely dining rooms.
Location isn't great, bit of a walk to get to especially if you're dragging heavy suitcases
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Verona. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always helpful. The hotel is clean, quiet, and well-maintained.
The location is excellent, right in the city center, within walking distance of the Arena and close to the train station. The breakfast was good, and we especially appreciated the private parking area with security cameras, which gave us peace of mind during our stay.
We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Verona. 😊

El desayuno es bueno...y la niña que recibe en el comedor un verdadero encanto...las habitaciones son espaciosas...se pueden abrir las ventanas.
La Ropa de Cama y baño es de buena calidad.
La ubicacion es muy incomoda ....al otro lado de la estacion.....si va con maletas hay que tomar taxi.
El baño tiene una tina no apta ...muy profunda y sin manillas
Las personas que me atendieron en recepcion parecian enojadas...o sin ningun interes por dar servicio.

Sono stata in questo hotel per 2 notti, la struttura è in una posizione comoda per raggiungere l'Arena e il centro città a 15 minuti a piedi.
La camera è spaziosa e pulita, ben climatizzata e non troppo rumorosa.
Il buffet colazione è molto ricco e il parcheggio messo a disposizione è comodo
L'unica pecca è stata la doccia, regolare la temperatura dell'acqua non era semplice e il piatto doccia si allagava molto velocemente costringendo a fermarsi per farla scendere nello scarico, potrebbe essere migliorato quell'aspetto
