Βολική τοποθεσία Εξαιρετικό προσωπικό, φιλικό και ευγενικό. Ευρύχωρα δωμάτια. Άνετα κρεβάτια. Εξαιρετικό πρωινό.
Τα δωμάτια δεν διέθεταν πρίζες διπλα στα κρεβάτια. Το ένα φωτιστικό διπλα στο κρεβάτι δεν λειτουργούσε.

Very helpful staff, comfortable room, tasty food and very helpful response to need for gluten free food.-particularly at breakfast.

Die Lage ist gut, die Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar.
Leider völlig veraltet, die Fotos entsprechen nicht dem aktuellen Zustand des Hotels. Es wird nämlich deutlich moderner dargestellt. Also nicht täuschen lassen. Das Zimmer verschimmelt, riecht ziemlich modrig. Die Fenster gefühlt seit Jahren nicht geputzt. Vor allem das Badezimmer renovierungsbedürftig: Armaturen, Fugen einfach unsanitär.
Breakfast selection was good, room is a decent size, and good price for Verona. Near to the train station. Front desk is friendly.
The room is a bit outdated but noted that there will be a refurbishment for the hotel soon.

Its location is great and close to the downtown.

En la habitación había vasos de cartón para prepararte el café, casi nos quemamos. Era café instantáneo. Me parece que podrían mejorar en ese sentido poniendo cafeteras.
