Nice staff, excellent price for what you get. There is no shuttle for the airport but there's a bus nearby.
I was super hungry at 11pm and the only food option nearby was the expensive restaurant near the lobby.
Not a huge concern, just bring some food :)

Bed linen and mattress very comfortable.
Good location to Gatwick Airport.

Lovely aesthetic when driving in, hotel looks lovely. Staff were wonderful, polite, knowledgable and always smiling.
Food was good, nothing overly spectacular, but decent variety and executed well.
Facilities are very nice, bar situated in the main foyer with food, TV and pool table. Piano located by main entrance in the foyer which was a lovely touch!
Spa was nice, with small pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna as well as sunbed.
Nice garden area situated centrally.
Rooms are very well maintained with TV, kettle, hair dryer and a fan.
Nice and quiet at night as located away from town.
Suggestions I would make would be to have mini fridge/mini bar in rooms.
Update on some of the decor as seems a little dated in places.

Quiet room in with an adjacent parking space - a matter of luck at the time of arrival but worked out well in my case.
Restaurant closed.

The room was good, I slept well, and had a coffee, but had to get the.water from the fountain in reception @ 2am. (You can give 2 bottled waters with the rooms coffee corner).
I went to recetion to ask for a bath plug so i can use the bath. He said he will sort ot for the next day but he did not. Same receptionist told me he can not give me water for the kettle cause he is to busy right now to deal with chaging the bill to my roim. Then 2nd receptionist( tall dark and handsome ) said so calm and respectfully, There is a free water fountain behind you, just by the stairs. 5 stars for that recptionist. My room coffee was complete.
