Close to airport,
Checked in online as requested, however then had to queue and check in again. Needs a space for keys as a coach had just arrived before us and it was a long wait. Room was a little small and the fan was broken it did have a long window but when opening you heard the industrial unit from the hotel quite loud.
Dont be put off by the reviews, our room was spotless, yes beds are hard, but they are the best beds we have had in a Britannia Hotel. Lovely powerful shower, piping hot water, breakfast good and we had buffet meal as part of coach trip and they were fine.
Proximity to gatwick
Not being told about the car parking restrictions and entering my car details at a terminal. This terminal was not visible at night (during checkin) and the next day ( when checking out). Room was small and water faucet was too powerful for a small basin. Water splashed everywhere.
