Für einen Kurzaufenthalt perfekt geeignet
Pros:

Toplage, unkompliziert und sauber

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt genau in der Einflugschneise zwischen Hauptbahnhof und City. Die gute Lage hat hier einen Nachteil 😊. Es ist Tag und Nacht ein reges Treiben

Sehr gute Lage, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müsste mal von Grund auf renoviert werden. Schade auch das kein Frühstück angeboten wurde.

Pros:

Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber und ordentlich. Das Zimmer war an sich war auch sauber, die Dusche und Armaturen waren in die Jahre gekommen und müssten mal ausgetauscht werden.

Cons:

Die Fenster, Westseite, waren bei Ankunft gekippt und nicht verdunkelt. Da es draußen 30 Grad waren, waren im Zimmer auch 30 Grad. Die Fenster sind zur Straße Von-Vincke-Straße ausgerichtet. In der angrenzenden Grünanlage scheint es einen Drogenumschlagplatz zu geben. Dort wurde die ganze Nacht extrem laut Party gefeiert und gegrölt. Die Fenster zu lassen war bei der Raumtemperatur keine Option. Die Party ging bis 4:00 Morgens. Am Morgen lagen dann auch auf jeder Parkbank ein Obdachloser und Berge von Müll.

Es war eine perfekte Übernachtung
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes umgeben von Cafés,Barbershops und Co. Die Altstadt ist ruckzuck erreicht. Die Kommunikation über booking com verlief einwandfrei.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Es war alles vorhanden was man zum guten übernachten braucht. Gerne wieder.

Alles in Allem in Ordnung.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, so dass man alles schnell erreichen kann

Cons:

Ein bisschen merkwürdig war, dass auf dieser Seite steht, dass ein Frühstücks-Buffet angeboten wird und vor Ort dann gesagt wird, dass das Hotel gar kein Frühstück anbietet, so dass man Sonntagmorgens erst noch eine Möglichkeit suchen muss , um mit 8 Personen schön frühstücken zu können.
Außerdem wurden vom Zimmerservice wohl die Handtücher auf mind. einem Zimmer vergessen. Blöd, wenn man am Sonntag Morgen nackig vor der Dusche steht und duschen möchte.
Etwas kurios ist die Zimmer-Nummerierung . Zimmer 11,12,15 sind im 5.OG und Zimmer mit 20er Zimmernummer in Etage 3 und 4. Nicht wirklich nachvollziehbar.
Ansonsten waren die Zimmer in Ordnung , Einrichtung aus den 90ern aber in Ordnung und gepflegt.

Die Lage Nähe Bahnhof und Zentrum. Rezeption besetzt und freundliche Rezeptionistin.

Cons:

Teppich ist einer gründlichen Reinigung zu unterziehen. Duschkabine sehr klein.
