Całkiem dobre miejsce na krótki pobyt
Pros:

Pokój duży i komfortowy, pomocny, bardzo miły personel. Wygodne łóżko, bliskość do atrakcji. Czysto w obiekcie, dostarczanie butelkowanej wody. Personel mówiący dobrze po angielsku. Hotel położony na wzniesieniu, więc trzeba wchodzić po schodach.

Cons:

Trochę zużyte i poplamione meble.

Ein super Hotel in einer perfekten Lage um Istanbul zu erkunden.
Pros:

Super Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, funktionierende Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Tresor, Wasserkocher, Kaffee , Tee, Wasser , Fernseher mit Zugang zu YouTube, Amazon Prime, Netflix, ect. . Sehr sauber, Schallisolierte Fenster, kleiner Balkon ( gut für Raucher) , Supermärkte fünf Minuten Fußweg, zur Fähre nach Kadiköy ( asiatische Teil ) braucht man fußläufig 10 Minuten. Metro und Tram ebenfalls. Für mich der perfekte Ort um Istanbul zu erkunden.

Great Location, Friendly Service, Clean Rooms
Pros:

As a first time tourist in Istanbul, the location was perfect! Close to public transit and the very fun Galata neighborhood. It felt safe at all hours. Would recommend to all visitors, especially for a first visit.

Cons:

I honestly don't have any bad things to say. The room was good, everything worked well. I had a balcony and good view. I'm very happy with the property.

Akzeptables Zimmer, aber erheblicher Verbesserungsbedarf an der Rezeption
Pros:

Das Zimmer war zwar nichts Außergewöhnliches, aber insgesamt sauber, zweckmäßig und für den Aufenthalt durchaus in Ordnung.

Cons:

Der Service an der Rezeption war leider wenig professionell. Der erste Mitarbeiter verfügte zwar über einen recht umfangreichen englischen Wortschatz, seine Aussprache war jedoch so schwer verständlich, dass es zu konkreten Missverständnissen kam. Ein Aussprache- oder Kommunikationstraining wäre hier dringend empfehlenswert. Der zweite Mitarbeiter schlief während seines Dienstes und musste von mir erst geweckt werden, bevor ich mein Anliegen vorbringen konnte. Von einer besetzten Hotelrezeption erwarte ich deutlich mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Professionalität.

Розташування чудове, поряд транспортна розв'язка та супермаркети

Cons:

У ванній кімнаті сліди плісняви.
Вночі досить шумно, навіть зачинені вікна не допомогали. Одна ковдра на двох, навіть не ковдра а тонке простирадло
