Lovely setting, beautiful building and ambience. Very cute and cozy. Staff polite and helpful. Room was small, but great view at night from the bedroom window, picture included in review. We fell in love with Quebec and hope to be back st some point! The hotel supplied bath robes were amazing and we would have been tempted to buy one if we'd had room in our suitcases. Also the Loccitane toiletries supplied made it feel a bit like a spa.
Only a minor thing but the steps up to the entrance door are quite challenging carrying heavy suitcases. A lovely member of staff helped me carry mine down so Im sure we could have asked for help.
The lift wasn't working to all floors on the morning we checked out, my husband had to carry our cases down to the ground floor. Again we probably could have asked for help so not a major issue..
We also had a couple of whats app attempts by scammers to get us to re- confirm our booking with the hotel and part with bank details after we had booked, paid and confirmed.. This was reported via Booking.com.
location to cruise terminal is great
signage is not easy to decipher as it 2 hotels in one and stairs with luggage for seniors is hard to get bags upband down the strps

The location of the Auberge Sait-Pierre is phenomenal. It was very easy to get everywhere you may want to go when in Quebec City. We were able to walk just about everywhere in the city - including many nice attractions and restaurants. Our room was phenomenal and we would love to stay in that room on our next visit. We had never been to Quebec City before, but plan to return and spend more time there - and will certainly stay at the Auberg Saint-Pierre.
Our room was awesome - but we suspect not a typical room at the hotel (though that is just speculation on our part). The bed was located in a little loft area and there was no bathroom up in the loft area so if you had to use the bathroom during the night, you had to navigate down the stairs. We would gladly take (and request) this same room again, but you really have to pay attention on those stairs!
Staff, location & amenities were top notch. A second upholstered chair in the room, would have been welcomed. Having umbrellas available was a nice touch & appreciated. Loved the restaurant & the exercise room. Enjoyed having the library for some quiet reading.

Eu esperava um quarto mais moderno, com a parede de tijolos aparente, mas acho que são apenas alguns quartos que são assim. Tv normal, e não smart.
Escolhi esse hotel, que possui um valor mais elevado pela localização, pois eu tinha somente 1 dia para visitar Quebec. Mas como a área dos principais pontos turísticos é muito concentrada e com tudo muito perto, talvez pelo valor eu escolheria um hotel fora da Old Quebec, mas com valor mais em conta.
Hotel was in a great location and a short walk to all the old parts of Quebec City. Lots of restaurants just a few minutes walk away. Staff were helpful as well.
The room at 13sqm was extremely small and there was no fridge which took me by surprise. However all of this was declared at the time of booking and I should have read the info on the room better.
