It was very nice 😊
Pros:

The location was good since we were close to the prettiest part of old Quebec , and lots of restaurants close and not too far. A lot of steps to get to High old Quebec , but doable and good exercise ;-)
Valet was a bit expensive for parking the car but good service which was nice ☺️
Great cleaning service and the staff were friendly 😊

Hôtel chaleureux dans la basse ville, court séjour exceptionnel !
Pros:

Très bien situé dans la basse ville du vieux-Québec, littéralement en face du musée de la civilisation pour le concert Candlelight, qui était la raison de notre visite.
Personnel serviable et courtois, chambre spacieuse, propre et qui sent la lavande (!), lit très confortable. Produits pour le corps l'Occitane très appréciés.
Plusieurs espaces communs chaleureux, accès à une machine à café qui fait des cappuccino et des espresso dans l'une de celles-ci, et des thés ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour !

Cons:

Seule petite chose : les tasses dans la chambre étaient trop petites pour la machine à café Keurig dans la chambre, ce qui a fait déborder le café; mentionné a l'accueil et ils se sont excusés abondamment et vont regarder cela !
