Pros:

Die Gastronomie ist generell sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Teppiche müssten mal erneuert werden. Sie sind fleckig und aufgebraucht.

Pros:

Ich komme immer wieder gerne. Einfach ein tolles Rundum- Paket. Die Lage, das Ambiente. Frühstück, Essen top. Die Strandbar. Nettes Personal.

Cons:

Wirklich groß meckern kann man nicht. Zwei Dinge würde ich optimieren: die Toiletten - die Sitzhöhe ist mir zu niedrig. Und was den Schonbezug unter den Bettlaken betrifft.... der ist nicht wirklich atmungsaktiv, so dass die Liegefläche schnell zu warm wird. Das gute alte Mollton wäre eine Lösung.

Einen Besuch wert...
Pros:

Super freundliches Personal. Es wird alles möglich gemacht und das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Einfach fantastisch.

Cons:

Die Suite mit Meerblick war super ausgestattet nur leider direkt über der Bar und man hat bis in die Nacht die Musik gehört. Ansonsten war alles wunderbar.

Ganz schön - mit Abstrichen

Zuallererst das sehr aufmerksame, freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Die Mitarbeiter sind topp! Die Lage ist sehr schön, auch wenn Heiligendamm aus meiner Sicht selbst wenig an Freizeit- oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und das Abendessen im Kurhaus auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Beim Check-in war offensichtlich nicht übermittelt worden, dass wir mit unserem Hund anreisen. Somit konnten wir die gebuchte Suite nicht beziehen. Eine Ersatz-Suite im Nebenhaus musste erst hergerichtet werden, das dauerte leider ca. 1 Stunde in der wir ohne einen angebotenen Kaffee etc. warten mussten. Die Suite 5114 war dann sehr abgewohnt und im Sanitärbereich nicht sauber, Pflegeprodukte fehlten, Flecke auf Teppich und Sofa etc. Von einem 5-Sterne Niveau aus meiner Sicht deutlich entfernt. Sehr schade…

Erlebnisreich, komfortabel und sonnig mit altem Charme der nicht dem gerecht wird was der Ort verspricht.
Pros:

Lage, Ausstattung und Komfort.

Cons:

Sauberkeit, Abnutzung des Inventars Teilweise das Personal, das liegt aber am Management!
Die MA versuchen nur den Alltag auszugleichen.

Die Lage des Hotels am Meer ist großartig, die Zimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel… die Bettdecken sind leider aus Kunststoff. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, das Personal freundlich.

Die Bettdecke ist aus Kunststoff, nachts war es nicht ruhig (Türen)
