Die Lage am Meer und das Frühstück sehr gut

Cons:

War im Nebengebäude, schmutzig, Decke Wasserflecken, Fenster schmutzig, Tisch eingebrannte Schmutzringe, Bad fielen die Schranktür ab bzw. War nicht befestigt, Flurteppich dreckig. Obendrein Technobeschallung bis nachts nach 2 , habe Aufenthalt abgebrochen. Null Kulanz oder Entgegenkommen. Niemals mehr dort , wenn nur im Haupthaus

Ein Grand Hotel, das schlecht geführt ist und gravierende Qualitätsmängel aufweist.

Cons:

Zu wenig qualifiziertes und oftmals überfordertes Personal. Zudem häufig geringe Deutsch-Sprachkenntnisse. In den Außenanlagen sehr häufig defekte Gehwegplatten. Management von einfachen Vorgängen entsprach nicht annähernd einem 5-Sterne-Hotel.

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – klare Empfehlung!

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise hat einfach alles gestimmt. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, sodass man sich direkt willkommen gefühlt hat.

Auch das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gepflegt und komfortabel. Alles entsprach unseren Erwartungen und wir haben uns wirklich wohlgefühlt.

Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, bei dem es für uns nichts zu beanstanden gab. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Schade: früher war das wirklich ein Grandhotel - heute rundum auf dem absteigenden Ast.
Pros:

Die Lage ist wunderschön - das alte Ensemble von außen auch.

Cons:

Es war überall schmuddelig - der Teppich im Zimmer und in den Fluren hatte Flecken - im Schwimmbad überall an den Rändern schwarze Ablagerungen - die Duschen im Wellnessbereich haben gestunken und es krabbelten Tiere drin rum.
Auf der Terrasse vor meinem Zimmer lag der Müll (gebrauchte Wattepad)
Direkt vor der Tür zu meiner Juniorsuite standen Zustellbetten, Hundekörbchen und gebrauchtes Bettzeug rum, die trotz mehrfacher Bitte erst nach 2 Nächten weggeräumt wurden.
Das Personal war nett aber völlig unmotiviert.

Super Aufenthalt, gerne immer wieder
Pros:

Suite bot genügend Platz, herrliche Aussicht auf die Ostsee. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit grosser Auswal. Parkierservice in der Tiefgarage hat immer hervorragend geklappt.
Zweimal im Hotel zu Abend gegessen. Qualität der Speisen durchgehend gut.

Cons:

Leistungen des Servicepersonals beim Abendessen sind allerdings für diese Katergorie von Hotel unbefriedigend. Man musse auch lange bis sehr lange auf die bestellten Speisen warten.

De locatie - het uitzicht op zee - de rust

Cons:

Kamer was de dag van aankomst pas klaar na 17 u omdat er geen ballonnen was
Ontbijt is zeer lekker maar de bediening is wat chaotisch
