Staff was extremly rude and not helpful either in person or on the phone. This was a horrible experiance with a partner Marriott property.

Looked like our toliet had been used since security paper tab around toliet was off and in toliet. Also shower head was the worst, only a sprinkle of water coming out of it. I reported it to the front desk and an AI said someone was working on it but noone every came or called or did anything about it.
