Several rude arrogant staff. One day my room was not cleaned and the male on the desk game me a clean towel and said “don’t expect ME to clean it!”

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice location, right next to a tram stop. For those who prefer walking, it's less than a half an hour walk from the Parliament House viewpoint, as well as Matthias Church and the Fisherman's Bastion.
