Cons:

Faptul că la momentul rezervării animalele de companie erau acceptate gratuit, iar în momentul în care am ajuns la hotel ni s-a spus că sunt acceptate numai la cerere și contra cost. Pe lângă faptul că am plătit 15 euro suplimentar pentru cățel, au mai încărcat factura cu suma de 18 Euro față de sumă contractata prin Booking. Nu s -a pus problema banilor ci faptul că au refuzat plata când am ajuns la hotel iar în acest mod nu am avut posibilitatea să observăm că ne încarcă factura cu suma de 18 Euro, dimineața am fost pus în fața unui fapt împlinit și a trebuit să platesc cei 18 Euro. Sumă pentru care nu a oferit nici un fel de explicație.

Nagyon kellemes volt a tartózkodás, minden rendben volt, a szoba tiszta és kényelmes. Külön kiemelném Szilvit, aki rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt. Csak ajánlani tudom!

Pros:

The room was exactly as shown in the pictures. Since I was attending an event at a nearby hotel, the location was my top priority, and it was a quick 3-4 minute walk. I really liked that. Aside from the location, it was great to find a room with 3 separate beds for our group of 3. Usually, you only see a sofa bed option for the third person, so finding this was a rare treat. In terms of value for money, the room definitely met our expectations

Cons:

We were given 4 separate key cards for our triple room, which was a great touch initially. However, the card system seems quite outdated. We had issues every single day where only 1 card would work at a time, forcing us to constantly go back to reception to have all 4 cards reset. Doing this every day was quite exhausting. Even the hotel staff admitted that the system isn’t the best and is known for causing frequent problems. On one occasion, we even had to go through this process twice in a single day.

Pros:

This was a perfect place for me to stay while attending a weekend event in the area. Comfortable, affordable, and everything was fine. There is a good restaurant just 2 minutes walk away.
