Clean, remodeled and very well upkept
Expensive to do laundry but the machines all work and actually hold a large load of laundry

I had difficulty with my key card and felt that I had to trouble the front desk staff more often than usual...
The staff member working night audit was very friendly and outgoing which was nice after long flights to get to my destination.
The whole facility had an odd smell to it but was nothing compared to the horrible cooking odors prevailing throughout the hallways (I get it, it's and extended stay with a kitchen but still). The bed was rock hard, the bathroom had hair and build up of some kind all over it and the floor and bathtub were cleaned with something that left an extremely slippery film all over.
There was nothing left available for breakfast at 8am. The front desk refused to replenish it after being asked to do so.
At 1am-3pm, there was fighting (verbal and physical) between an adult male and adult female. Doors slamming, screaming in the hallway right ouside my door, threats made between the two adults which all happened on the 1st floor not far from the main entrance. Not one employee came to stop it. Not one police officer came to investigate. Very scary situation. I felt it I went outside my room, that I would seriously be hurt. Never have I experienced this and have been so afraid.
Lo at check in was very helpful and was able to switch me to a handicapped accessible room which was well appointed, clean and roomy. Free parking but only 3 handicapped spaces. Pet friendly.
The bed was kind of soft and low but otherwise comfortable. Ample parking but only 3 accessible spots. Only 1 trash can that was for the room and bathroom. No shelf or bathroom counter.
It was dusty and black pieces of something was blowing out of the air conditioner.
Hotel was decent. Staff was friendly.
Continental breakfast could have been more offered. Bathroom tub was dirty we decided not to shower.

I didn’t like the property grounds are ok but literally trash was all in the parking lot. I understand they are upgrading but the rooms were very dirty. I stayed in two different rooms on different dates and the floor, counters, stove were dirty. The bed skirts were not changed. One room had a strong foul urine odor and body fluids on the skirt of the bed. The staff were very nice and switch room but still dirty.
