Персонал отзывчивый

Cons:

Номер не соответствует предложенному. За стеной ужасный шум от обувной фабрики. Под балконом генератор, который при отключении света очень шумно и запах газа заходил в номер. Вид с окна в стену соседнего отеля и все в лестничных решетка. Первоначально обещали номер с видом на море. Меняли номер дважды. Во втором номере во время дождя тек потолок ,прямо на кровать

Pros:

Т.. к.. в Grand kavi не было света меня разместили в Serai hotel. От гранд базара этот отель в 5 минутах ходьбы. Персонал очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный. Помогли с вещами, с трансфером. Сюзанна на рецепшине русскоговорящая. Ей отдельное спасибо за всё. Отличное соотношение цены и качества. Вкусный завтрак. Для коротких остановок очень рекомендую.

Cons:

Немного маловат номер, но для одного человека нормально.

Staff estremamente disponibile. Siamo arrivati la mattina prestissimo e si sono prodigati a farci resettare in anticipo la camera e a offrirci una colazione non prevista. Quindi ottimo
Camera spaziosa e con tutti i vomfort, personale sempre presente h24 e disponibile a dare supporto e consigli. Posto adiacente alla street food ed al bazar, sulla via dei negozi di scarpe di ogni genere e tipo, molto tranquilla. 5 minuti a piedi da fermata T1.

Cons:

Sala colazione abbastanza imbucata e sacrificata, anche se funzionale. Comunque ben servita, soprattutto salato

Pros:

Aproape de port, restaurante, statie de autobuz / tramvai. Usor de ajuns la obiectivele turistice importante.

Cons:

Zona foarte zgomotoasa,, inclusiv noaptea (pisici, rugaciuni in difuzoare, zgomot de picamer, de fierastrau si de generator), curentul a cazut de mai multe ori, camerele au nevoie de renovare (usi zgariate, pereti murdari).

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Kavi Hotel. Everything was truly perfect, from the cleanliness of the room to the comfort and overall atmosphere. The staff were very professional and attentive throughout my stay. A special thanks to Ismael, who was incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. His kindness and helpful attitude really stood out and added to the experience.

Cons:

The only minor issue was that during a brief power cut, the backup generator located at the back of the building was a bit noisy. However, it only lasted for a few minutes and didn’t significantly affect my stay.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Комната была маленькая, а в ванной стояла старая мыльница, которая не работала. После долгих обсуждений они сказали, что купят мыло в магазине вместе с обычным. Вместо геля для душа они поставили в ванную простую пластиковую бутылочку.Завтрак подавали небольшими порциями, и после его окончания ничего не приносили.

Alles in allem super für ein paar Tage
Pros:

Sehr zentral, sodass fußläufig alles erreicht werden kann. Wenn es doch mal weiter weggehen soll, ist 5min entfernt die Tram. Man darf natürlich keinen 5 Sterne Luxus erwarten aber Preis Leitung passt hier auf alle fälle. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist natürlich nicht Mega groß, aber es ist für jeden was dabei und es schmeckt alles. Das Personal ist Mega nett und herzlich und helfen wo sie nur können

Im grossen und ganzen waren Wir zufrieden.

Man resar för att bli glad, vi blev ledsna istället och räknade dagarna, för att lämna hotellet

Rummet var väldigt trångt, personalen vill inte hjälpa för att få bättre och större rum, de tänker inte på gästerna att bli nöjda utan bara hur de vill ha få pengar, när vi använt handdukar, handdukar blir smutsiga, personalen sa att vi måste betala, personalen var inte trevliga alls och speciellt mer reception personalen, de tog inte emot oss på trevligt sätt och inte hjälpte oss med bagaget in till hotellet.

Se poate si mai bine
Pros:

Mi-a plăcut faptul că era aproape de atracțiile turistice iar domnul de la recepție a fost de ajutor.

Cons:

Am fost dezamăgită că lipseau din facilitățile prezentate în descrierea camerei de hotel cum ar fi fierul de călcat, halatele, iar înainte de a face rezervarea apărea ca am avea de ales între twin si double, ne-au dat twin iar când am scris proprietății ca as prefera double, am primit seen.
Micul dejun se laudă că este diversificat, in realitate nu am avut o șuncă sau salam, doar un fel de parizer dubios de roz, am mâncat oua fierte cu roșii 3 zile la rând. Au mai multe dulcețuri in boluri dar nu scria la niciunul ce fel este, nici in turcă nici in engleză. Iar personalul se uita urât si des după noi, cred ca ne bârfeau continuu in limba lor, presupun dupa gesturi.
