Grand Kavi Hotel

Hotel is very convenient to Grand Bazaar and Tram transportation. Many Restaurants are close by. Breakfast was very repetitive and not that great. Frontend staff Sezgin was awesome and provided excellent support and service! appreciate that!

For a VIP access it was a truly deception. The Standard single room is less than a standard, is a room in the basement where luggage and cleaning products are stored. The room was not clean properly and it was noisy all the time

Our stay was wonderful! The room was very clean. The staff were all friendly, responsive and very accommodating. The breakfast was great. I would stay here again.

Hotel initially said you do not have booking and took 3 hours to figure out, they charged extra 150 Euros by saying that hotels.com did not charge you right amount for the number of people in your booking so either you pay or else we wont let you checkin , Hotel did not have any service to help with luggage. My room said it has partial sea view which they said they will not give partial sea view room unless i pay them extra. Locker never worked and hot water wouldn't come Its a scam to make more money. I will have to talk to hotels.com customer service to grt refunds

Average Turkish hotel, breakfast buffet needs improvement

Great spot right near public transit and walking distance to all the historical sites. The property managers were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is nice, clean, and feels new. It’s conveniently located close to the Grand Bazaar, and the tram stop is within walking distance. There are many food places nearby as well. The staff is incredibly friendly, and I would give them all 5 stars.

However, I have a couple of suggestions:

• The breakfast could benefit from a bit more variety.
• The 4-bed room should ideally have 4 proper beds instead of 3 beds and a sofa bed, as the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable

Amazing place with very professional customer care. Mr. Ismail Moghaddam was more than a friend to us from the moment we arrived till our departure, Every day he was very welcoming and gave us advice on what to do, where to go and how to avoid pitfalls.

He spoke English well and was willing to do anything to make us happy without any expectations in return.

We spent 3 nights and recommend it wholeheartedly.

Great service, they helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport as well as answered any questions we had. Worth it for the service alone but additionally the rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. Cannot recommend enough

Great location and can walk to most of the key attractions. Excellent service. Lots of great eating options and shops close by.

We had a great time at this hotel, hospitality was amazing and the front desk person was very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place for your stay.

This is a really cute place. Comfortable and very convenient. They arranged for airport transfers, the breakfast was tasty, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing kind and professional. The absolute only negative thing i can say is the wifi is not very strong. But i was not there to get online smile...but enjoy Istanbul.

At first there was misunderstanding and I was checked in a small room but when I have raised the issue with the staff I was really amazed how nice they were they have moved into large and a very clean room, I liked their breakfast a lot the location is absolutely spot on restaurants, shops and most of the places I wanted to visit were all in a short walk “excellent” I was very pleased.

Amazing hotel and I will stay on this hotel again, very friendly and great stuff and services.
