Breakfast was not included. This could have been an oversight in my part but when booking I thought it was part of the room rate.
A bit more clarification about the side door and when it locks at night in teens of being able to use a key card.
The on-site restaurant/bar was lovely and affordable.
We loved that it was close to amenities.
When we opened our window our room over looked a dirty unfinished, unkept ceiling thing that was a total eye sore. Other room within our view had a much better view than ours.
Easy walk to eating places. Nice driver to Princess Pier.
Very comfortable interior

Wry good stay. Quiet and the beds and bedding were super comfortable. Great staff!
Close to space needle perfect walking distance. Loved that hotel had bat
Stayed on 4th floor and had NO hot water when showering
The front desk staff was great. And the garage was gated and locked.
The elevators were very slow. There was only 1 towel and no washcloths in the room. We had to ask for more.
The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, providing us with a wealth of comprehensive and practical information that greatly facilitated our stay.
This was by far the worst stay I’ve ever had at a hotel. I checked in for two nights, but the housekeeping service was completely absent on the second day—my room wasn’t tidied at all, no fresh bath towels were provided, and the complimentary water wasn’t refilled either. It was such a huge letdown and severely ruined the whole accommodation experience. I sincerely hope the hotel can take this feedback seriously and improve its service quality significantly moving forward.
Parking costs 30$ extra! But otherwise a great deal and good hotel.

Stayed here for 1 night before a cruise due to it being within walking distance to the Seattle Needle and a few museums. Check-in felt a little rushed, I'm not sure what the hurry was. I did not realise when I booked the hotel that there was no pool. I was given a room near the very slow single elevator. Whenever I was in my room, I had to listen to impatient kids whining and crying, as well as adults talking loudly for extended periods of time. I just took the stairs to avoid the wait. The door to my room did not latch on its own, I had to pull it closed, you could hear others slamming doors in the hall to get their doors to close day and night. The staff also really wanted to keep the carpets clean, they vacuumed the hall around 4 pm and were vacuuming again around 9 pm when I returned from dinner. I was awakened by construction noise on the street outside a little after 7. Went downstairs for breakfast to find it was not included in the price of the room. Admittedly, I had overlooked that when I booked the room, just like the pool. Since I had to pay for breakfast, I opted to just walk down the street to a small café instead. When I returned from breakfast I noticed lots of people in the lobby with cruise luggage tags and asked the front desk if there was a shuttle. I was surprised to find out a shuttle to the cruise port was scheduled to stop there in about 15 minutes, and it was reasonably priced too at $15. The room itself was nice but all the noise outside the room was annoying
Has parking and is close to the Climate Pledge Area and Convention Center

Good location close to the Seattle Center and other venues. It's very modern, clean and the bed was really comfy. Attached parking was $30 extra but worth it. Breakfast buffet was extra but good. There is a really nice courtyard to use in good weather.
Size of the room
It was a bit further out from city center than anticipated.
Liked the hotel over all and the room was cozy
The pillows were super soft and thin.. also I was shocked they had a $100 holding fee and it didnt say that when I booked on booking so wasnt happy about that
