Amazing staff and Great Property
Pros:

I had such an amazing experience! The property was clean and modern. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and welcoming. Armando at the hotel restaurant was an amazing host and server. I would highly recommend visiting him and this property!

It sucked.
Pros:

This place sucks. I have been a Hilton Honors member for decades, and I arrived a little early, like about 2, and they said the "internet was out" and I couldn't check in till 4 p.m. That is bullshit. There were plenty of rooms and they made NO effort to assist me.. I may get rid of my Hilton Honors, or at least not use it anymore, and make sure to tell others of my experience.

Relaxing and Enjoyable

I truly appreciate the cleanliness, friendliness, and beauty of it all. Especially, since it was my first time in San Jose. Thank you to the amazing Jeffrey for making it easy for me to be comfortable and enjoy the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful job in keeping the rooms clean, making the value worth it and well-kept. Lastly, the view from my room and the location of the hotel? Incredible! Thank you!

Great Bar Staff

It was pleasant. I would stay again.
Pros:

The property was clean and the staff was super helpful.

Cons:

The parking was no accessible from the hotel. You had to walk through the convention center to get to the hotel parking. It was not far but it was not easy to find.

SO loud
Pros:

These positive reviews are interesting. Are they bots? Diners who get bill reductions? No one has mentioned how insanely loud the airport traffic is. The train out front is also loud as are the cars flying over the tracks. Perfect hotel for a deaf traveler but someone sensitive to noise (kids, families) should absolutely look elsewhere. Parking is $45/night to park yourself.
