Pros:

Pros:

Very expensive. 45 a day to park. 45 average for entries in restaurant for diner and 25 for eggs in the morning. Very very cold in the lobby and restaurant- 55 degrees. Tried sitting down for breakfast but was shivering, so I left. Management made no effort to rectify the temperature in 3 days. AVOID!

Terribly DIRTY and runned down
Pros:

Extremely dirty and run down.
The carpets are very stained, the bathrooms smell . The room service would leave trash outside our room, never left coffee bags.
The gym was also very dirty.

If you can get into the Hilton, you should!

The Hilton is awesome! And the staff are all wonderful. At the restaurant and bar, Horatio, Paola, and Kevin are just incredibly warm and inviting, making it a truly pleasant experience!

Outstanding Service for Our Corporate Event!
Pros:

We had a great time hosting our Airzone training event at the Hilton San Jose. The Winchester Room, our room block, and the all-day catering were perfectly prepared. Our event coordinator, Ankita, was extremely communicative and helpful while planning from afar.

Oscar, the banquet director, made sure every detail was covered, and Hem was fantastic in managing our room block. Thank you all for helping make our event such a success!

A Business Trip Made Better
Pros:

We had a six-week stay in San Jose and stayed at the San Jose Hilton. What we most enjoyed about the stay was the service at Secco restaurant. The morning staff in particular anticipated our needs and were worthy of great praise. Well done.
