Buena estancia.
Pros:

Me gustó todo bastante, quizá la jhabitación que nos tocó por su ubicación, cogía demasiado calor, pero estaba bien. Quizá en la terraxza que hay una mesita estaría bien tener unas mesas para sentarse. Ofrece todo lo que indica y el desayuno está bien

Excelente ubicación, pero descanso muy deficiente
Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel es, sin duda, su ubicación, que permite moverse por Jerez con mucha facilidad. Además, el trato del personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. El desayuno buffet es correcto, cumple sin grandes lujos, pero es aceptable para empezar el día.

Cons:

Lamentablemente, la experiencia de descanso fue muy mala. Nos alojamos en la habitación 005 y la falta de confort fue evidente: las camas resultaron muy incómodas y la almohada era excesivamente pequeña (unos 30/40 cm), lo que generaba una sensación de "cuadraditos" nada ergonómica.

A esto se sumó un grave problema de ruidos. Los huéspedes de la habitación de arriba estuvieron gritando y moviendo muebles hasta las 5:00 de la mañana. La falta de insonorización (o de control sobre este tipo de comportamientos) hizo que fuera imposible dormir. En líneas generales, la sensación de confort es muy baja para lo que se espera. Una pena, porque el personal es encantador, pero el descanso es lo primordial en un hotel y aquí falló.
