Falta de mantenimiento en general en todo el hotel, en el desayuno falta de alimentos, tardanza en reponer...
Buena ubicación, en el centro de Jerez, cerca de bares, tiendas y todo lo necesario.
Personal especialmente amable, siempre con una sonrisa.
Humedades en la habitación, hasta los plintos estaban despegados.

Yo reservé una habitación doble de una sola cama, pero, me dieron una de dos camas más incómoda. Las almohadas muy malas viejas e incómodas no pude descansar bien.
La ducha fatal, no habían suficientes toallas, para el suelo. Y la ducha soltaba demasiado agua, salpicó todo el baño, el lavabo muy mal, el agua salpicaba a uno.
Los colchones llenos de ácaros. Que decepción.
Yo en lo personal no volvería. Porque, reservé y pagué una habitación más cara y me dieron la misma que hubiese pagado a menos precio.
Fatal, no lo recomiendo.
Muypero que muy mediocre. Los cochones quiza fue lo unico destacable. Un hotel reformado pero mas bien lo que hicieron fué un lavado de cara, tienen muchas humedades. Otra cosa, no todos los recepcionistas fueron secos y mal educados, hubo dos encantadores, pero por regla gendral muy secos todos, las chicas mas. Yo hablo dd los que yo vi, quiza otros eran mas amables
