Magnifique voyage, nous recommandons très fortement cet hôtel

Nous avons fortement aimé cet hôtel de l’accueil jusqu’à la fin de notre séjour, cadre idéal, proximité avec la plage, buffet très varié, beaucoup d’animations, personnel agréable et souriant.

Cons:

Piscine un peu petite par rapport à la capacité de personnes. Dommage que les gens ne jouent pas le jeu et réservent les transat à la journée avec leur serviette.

Pros:

Nettes Personal, auf Wünsche wurde eingegangen, ist in der Nähe vom Strand

Cons:

Trotz sehr früher Buchung haben wir ein Zimmer bekommen mit Blick auf die Müllentsorgung und Wäscheberge. Nach Reklamation konnten wir am nächsten Tag umziehen in ein Zimmer mit geschlossenem Balkongeländer, sodass keine Sicht nach draußen war.
Morgens ab ca. 6 draußen sehr laut wegen Zulieferern und Müllwagen, daher konnte man nur mit geschlossener Balkontür und Klima schlafen.
Abendprogramm sehr langweilig, jeden Abend um 21.30 eine Stunde Bingo.

Had a great stay and all the staff were very helpful and friendly
Pros:

Good breakfast dinner at night food should had been been hotter some of the meat was overcooked on the grill but was always plenty of choice

Cons:

Not enough sun umbrells around both swimming pools areas

Nagyon jó programok, szuper elhelyezkedés, nagyon jó snack bar, nagyon kedves személyzet

Cons:

Az italok eléggé fel voltak vizezve és cukrozva, a medenceparti napozóágyakból kevés volt a szálloda méretéhez képest, ráadásul reggel 8ra szinte az összes le volt foglalva egész napra (miközben ki volt írva, hogy ezt nem szabad), az éttermi menü szinte minden nap ugyanaz volt, nem voltak rosszak az ételek, de nem is kiemelkedő, az ágy kényelmes volt de nagyon kicsi

Not bad - a lot of room for improvement
Pros:

The food was decent - acceptable and tasty options for breakfast, lunch dinner. Great salad bar. If you have food allergies however, do not reccomend as nothing is labelled! Cleaners in room were excellent

Cons:

-one of the rooms had no working AC.
-double bedroom was TINY.
-if you are not awake before 9am to claim a sunbed you are not for getting one the rest of the day.
-Seen chefs outside wearing their hats, apron and PLASTIC GLOVES - this is not hygienic. This seemed to be common practice - this should not be acceptable.
-staff frequently mopping floors and stairs with no wet floor signs - a recipe for disaster.
