Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ein großes Lob an alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. 😊

Cons:

Kritikpunkte:
Probleme mit der Stromversorgung und der Sicherung, die ständig herausspringt. Außerdem sind einige Gäste beim Betreten des Frühstückssaals sehr unhöflich und rennen regelrecht, um sich während des Frühstücks ihren „Stammplatz“ zu sichern. Ebenso legen manche Gäste bereits vor dem Frühstück ihre Handtücher auf die Liegen am Pool, um die besten Plätze zu reservieren. (Ein großes Lob an das Personal, das sofort reagiert und die Handtücher entfernt hat.)

Zusätzliches Lob:
Das Essen ist sehr gut, und das Frühstück bietet eine große und vielfältige Auswahl an Speisen. 😊

Very disapointed
Pros:

We arrived at tge hotel to be informed that the hotel was only open for the accommodation, the pool, bar and restaurant was closed fir another week and that we were to use the facilities of the sister hotel across the road.
The sister hotel was nice but the whole idea was booking this hotel where we stayed at for our very first holiday together 20 years previously.

Cons:

The hotel where we had so many previous good memories was only open for the accommodation aspect

Good location but wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Good location friendly staff

Cons:

We were charged more than price on booking.com, hotel very old and water would drip from air conditioning unit onto 1 of the beds so firstly had to ask if we could get a new mattress and was informed it would be fixed which it wasn’t so we couldn’t use it..

Good 3 star hotel with use of 4 star facilities across the room. Food is available from 7.30 to 0.00 from restaurant and
Pros:

Location to the beach and shops.
Like that this was the quieter hotel compared to the other 4 star hotels across the road which were a lot busier but could still use their facilities for lunch and entertainment.
Nice they gave you a globales shopping bag which was ideal to use for the pool and beach.
Daily maid service

Cons:

Shower was manageable but small and it will flood around the bathroom and high up to turn to avoid getting hair wet.
Glad we had a pool side room rather than road side.

Hôtel bien placé mais trop ancien qui mériterait d être rénové
Pros:

L emplacement, le buffet varié et la piscine . Le personnel du service est agréable

Cons:

Chambre vetuste, Lit pas confortable,mauvaise insonorisation intérieure et extérieure,bruit toute la nuit surtout quand vous dormez côté rue. L'hôtel nous a fait payer le parking 10€ par jour, alors que sur booking était annoncé gratuit et disponible sans réservation.

Location. Next to the beach.

Cons:

The hotel is old and shabby. Old furniture, peeling doors. It is cleaned every day, but it is dusty, and the windows are dirty. When we arrived, they gave us room 166 - a room the size of a closet with a door that had been kicked in by someone and was barely holding up. And the "terrace" was a slab on the floor and everyone was trying to get in through it. They changed it after we objected. The food is in the hotel next door, but it is varied.

Genial!
Pros:

Manuela, es una trabajadora de 10, súper amable y simpática con la clientela, y Gabriel también es espectacular. La limpieza del hotel exquisita y la comida y las piscinas, la animación! La verdad que está súper bien

Great hotel
Pros:

Hotel was comfortable, very clean, easy to find with very friendly staff. Food was amazing with plenty of choice, staff were quick at clearing tables during busy times. Entertainment for out of season was good.

Cons:

The hotel we were ment to stay in was actually closed so stayed in one across the road Globales Santa Ponsa Park. It would of been nice to know prior to arriving as was a slight panic when arrived.
