Not worth the price
Pros:

Very close to the beach

Cons:

Very small room and no fridge, bad view, couldn't even see the pool, nevermind sea

Great hotel
Pros:

Hotel was comfortable, very clean, easy to find with very friendly staff. Food was amazing with plenty of choice, staff were quick at clearing tables during busy times. Entertainment for out of season was good.

Cons:

The hotel we were ment to stay in was actually closed so stayed in one across the road Globales Santa Ponsa Park. It would of been nice to know prior to arriving as was a slight panic when arrived.

Essen war super

Cons:

Badetür war unten sehr aufgequollen
Klimaanlage war seltsam zu bedienen, damit es im Zimmer kühl wird , musste ich den Regler auf 30 Grad stellen

Surprise upgrade!
Pros:

When we arrived we’d actually been booked into the 4* Pionero across the road, which was a lovely surprise. All 3 hotels seemed fab and we really enjoyed our stay in Santa Ponsa!

Hotel nice and clean staff lovely they did not understand due to communications barriers ba

I loved ware it was situated very close to everything

Cons:

Our room was right at the bin store and deliver bay so at 6am till about midday it was deliver after delivery so not a pleasant stay with the beeping as trucks reversed and sitting with there engine on

never got to sit at the pool as there was never enough beds or seat

Also I have a fish allergy and the restaurant food was not clear and most of the time there was no ticket to let you know what it was
and I did ask but communication was bad
