Location was great
Pros:

Breakfast was good, but ended kind of early. I was told a time but it ended earlier, however it was a nice variety of things to choose from. All staff that I encountered were very nice.

Not your typical Hyatt
Pros:

Hotel staff were great, but the rooms were not Hyatt quality. Our room was not clean and there were bugs (ants and silverfish).

Great staff and facilities
Pros:

Really clean hotel. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was very good and our rooms were comfortable and the air-conditioning was perfect for a hot June weekend. We will be back!

Would not recommend staying here.
Pros:

Don't stay here. They do have a hot breakfast and young staff tries to be helpful but we had one thing after the other. We made reservation for two days. They only showed one even though I had copy of reservation which I made on Hyatt online. Luckily they had extra room for the night they did not have reservation. But then toilet backed up and we were offered plunger. Tried to call several times about that and no answer at front desk so had to go down. I asked if anyone on site to fix and answer was no. Then the second night the air condition started making a loud rumbling noise and would not stop. Front desk staff came up and said no way we could sleep there which was true it was so loud. Moved up to another room so we had to pack up late at night. Given three drink (water or soda) coupons for our troubles. I think there is probably better to be had at College Station.

We stayed here for a graduation at Texas A&M University.
Pros:

Clean, modern, great location for gatherings and functions at Texas A&M University. We booked 3 rooms for my entire family as we were there for a graduation. Thank you for taking excellent care of all of us.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. We are always Hyatt loyal whenever possible!
