Comfortable stay for family weekend.
Pros:

Staff was helpful, which mattered because our room had inadvertently been cancelled on Family Weekend. It was clean, comfortable beds, good AC, large rooms, above average breakfast.

Pros:

Overall it was great. My concern is when folks travel with pets. The third party booking system asked about pets, but did not include anything about a pet deposit. I don't feel like this is deceptive, just a glitch that needs to be worked out between the two companies.

Pros:

Rooms weren’t clean even got a second room still smells and floors still unclean. Went to get deodorant from the front got some that was obviously used prior just nasty excuse for a Hyatt!
