Disappointed with over charging. Hotel requires updating particularly the bathroom damaged toilet seat

Close to the old town

Cons:

On leaving hotel I was charged more money than what I had been quoted as the price by Booking.com I was charged for breakfast that had already been included in the price received from booking.com

Cons:

Dit hotel geboekt wegens parking beschikbaar. Bij aankomst bleek de parkeergarage vol te staan. Reserveren op voorhand was niet mogelijk. Even op een parkeerplaats pal voor het hotel gestaan om de bagage uit te laden maar in die paar minuten al een boete van 60€ gekregen. Openbare parkings veraf gelegen.

Hotel cómodo y bien ubicado
Pros:

La atención del personal, amable y eficiente.
Camas cómodas y muy buena limpieza en todas las instalaciones.
El haber podido hacer uso del parking nos facilitó mucho la estancia.

Pros:

Le charme de l hôtel, le cadre environnementale, possibilité de parking avec accès direct à l hôtel par l ascenseur.

Cons:

La barrière de la langue. L accès et l issue au parking très étroits et pas pratique.

El desayuno,no estaba mal.

Cons:

Lo escogi por que tenia garaje,cuando llegue estaba lleno,tuve que llevar el coche a un parkin a un km de distancia,no hay donde aparcar.Y para colmo me ponen una habitacion justo encima de la puerta de entrada del garaje,cada vez que se abre o cierra la puerta suena muchisimo.

La ubicación y el personal

Cons:

Sólo me hospedé una noche y la cisterna del baño estaba rota. Advertí del problema en recepción y las chicas de la propia recepción intentaron solucionar el problema, pero la cisterna no se arregló. En fin, toda la noche sin poder usar el baño. Las habitaciones deberían revisarse antes de que entren los clientes.
El comedor para desayunar es extremadamente pequeño. Como hay tan pocas mesas, a veces los clientes tienen que esperarse hasta que se levante otros clientes de las mesas para poder desayunar. Poca variedad en el desayuno. Una de las chicas que nos atendió en el diminuto comedor muy desagradable. No entiendo como habiendo espacio fuera del comedor, no habilitan 3 ó 4 mesas para los clientes que tienen que esperar a desayunar hasta que se levanten otros clientes de las mesas. En fin.
ESTIMADA DIRECCIÓN,
EN PRIMER LUGAR, TIENEN QUE SER MÁS RECEPTIVOS A LOS COMENTARIOS DE LOS CLIENTES. DE LO CONTRARIO, NO MEJORARÁN LAS DEFICIENCIAS DEL HOTEL. QUE DEFIENDA EL POCO ESPACIO DEL RESTAURANTE CON QUE EL HORARIO ES DE 8:00 A 10:30 ES ASUMIR QUE MI QUEJA ES ACERTADA. NO PUEDEN USTEDES PRETENDER QUE LOS CLIENTES ESTEMOS PENDIENTES DE CUANDO EL RESTAURANTE ESTA VACÍO. NO ESTABA SOLA EN EL RESTAURANTE. ME ACOMPAÑABA MÁS GENTE QUE LO PUEDE CORROBORAR Y ESTUVIMOS HACIENDO COLA CON OTROS HUÉSPEDES QUE OPINABAN LO MISMO QUE NOSOTROS. YO NO ME DEDICO A LA HOSTELERÍA NI A LA RESTAURACIÓN. POR TANTO, NO GANO NADA CON HACER ESTE COMENTARIO. SOLO ES PARA QUE MEJOREN.
EN CUANTO A LO DE LA CISTERNA, MIS ACOMPAÑANTES DE LA HABITACIÓN DE ENFRENTE TAMBIÉN LO PUEDEN CORROBORAR. TAMPOCO GANO NADA CON ESTE COMENTARIO. SOLO QUE MEJOREN.
NO ESTÉN A LA DEFENSIVA Y TRATEN DE MEJORAR LOS PUNTOS DÉBILES DEL HOTEL.

El hotel está muy bien situado si vas en coche porque tiene parking. Aparcar en Toledo es muy dificil y las calles son muy estrechas.
El desayuno es muy completo.
