Hotel was lovely, staff were lovely, would go back again.
Cons:

We had to book in after a couple of unfortunate incidents at the original property we had booked. We booked half board as it was all we could afford after being let down and would have liked to be able to get a cup of tea during our stay, we could only get a cup of tea during breakfast.

I actually payed more for holiday than the total cost of my 2 friends who had a double room with a fridge. my 2 friends
Pros:

Property was clean, a fridge in room would have been good. Friends had a fridge in their room which was beside me.

Cons:

Not enough sun beds for the amount of people staying in hotel.

Overall I had a lovely relaxing holiday, and I would highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The food was lovely and there was plenty of choice. The entertainment was good and the service was excellent. The hotel was very convenient for the beach.

Cons:

Children at a sister hotel were throwing weights in the pool and unfortunately I got hit on the head by one. I feel that the life guard could have been paying more attention, and stopped this from happening. I tended to go to the beach after this incident.

Be careful with what you pay..
Pros:

the hotel located in Santa Ponsa city, all things are easy to reach.

Cons:

The beds were just unacceptable, i booked two nights, didn’t not even stay there more than 3 hours then I checked out… it was just a loose of money, paid two nights didn’t stay without returning the money, Zero!
The cheapest bed I ever had in my entire life.
You have to wait in the long line in order to get your drink…
never ever again.
