Não voltaria nem que me pagasse!!

Cons:

Internet é péssima. Não passa de 1m e vive travando. Não dá para ver sequer vídeo no tiktok. Netflix? Nem pensar! Veja as fotos anexo.

O hotel só tem dois elevadores e não é suficiente para tantos hóspedes.

O sistema de ar condicionado é muito ruim e no verão não dá conta. A temperatura no apto fica por volta de 26/27 graus.

Na realidade são três hotéis juntos e com isso a piscina é subdimensionada para tanta gente.

Nice hotel. Nice restaurant and hotel pools etc. The bathroom in my room just let it down because it was so tiny

Cons:

The bathroom was exceptionally small..The shower door and door in to barhroom touched when opened. The bathroom door also opened against the toilet. A person any bigger than myself would not have coped.

Brilliant holiday - loved the hotel
Pros:

Location perfect for the beach. Food very good and varied each day and even when restaurant was closed you could get a varied amount of food from the pizzeria. I liked the "return the glass" system for next drink which would have stopped a lot of wastage (as seen at other All Inclusive hotels) Staff overly helpful. First part of stay was busy with seemingly a lot of older people returning each year, second part was even busier like "spring break" with a big gang of College students from Ireland who were loud (but well behaved) . Would definitely visit again.

Cons:

Staff were very good at removing towels from reserved sun beds although there were not enough sun beds.

Pros:

Közel volt a tengerparthoz.

Cons:

Régi bútorok. Napozóágyat csak úgy találtunk ha koran lementünk. Láttuk hogy mások már reggel 7kor lefoglalják a legjobb helyeket. Volt 1 pincér egy szemüveges kb 40es éveiben járó férfi aki magában beszélt és elég flegma volt. A folyosóról minden zaj beszűrődik.

Pros:

The hotel is located in a very touristy area, partly comparable to San Antonio in Ibiza. However, the street where the hotel itself is located is relatively quiet.

The breakfast area is excellent — very spacious, pleasant, and well organized. The breakfast buffet is extensive and of very good quality with plenty of choice.

The guests seemed to be a mix of families with children, solo travellers, and older guests, many appearing to be over 50 and some even around 80. During my stay, I mostly heard English, French, and Belgian guests, with only a few Germans. Overall, I would describe the atmosphere as relaxed, simple, and unpretentious.

The staff was generally very friendly and helpful, with one exception: one lady at reception came across as somewhat a little arrogant.

The view from the hotel is unfortunately not particularly attractive, neither from the rooms nor from the front of the building.

The surrounding shops in the area also did not feel very authentic. There is no regular supermarket nearby offering fresh fruit or local products — most shops mainly sell alcohol, water, sweets, and tourist essentials. Overall, this area does not really reflect the Mallorca many visitors imagine.

That said, the hotel itself is very clean and overall suitable for a simple holiday without high expectations.

Cons:

The bathroom is too small, and I really don’t understand why the architects didn’t install sliding doors instead. There is a large glass bathroom door that opens inward, and when you try to enter, the shower door is right there and almost touches you before you can even close the bathroom door. Also, the shower door itself opens inward into the shower — why? In such a small space, sliding doors for both the bathroom and shower would make much more sense.

In general, it’s a hotel for a simple holiday with no big expectations

La atención en Recepción fue excelente.

Cons:

Problemas serios de ruidos. Las puertas no cierran bien y se oye todo el ruido exterior. Las limpiadoras, por la mañana gritan mucho, a las 8-9 de la mañana, poco respeto por los huéspedes. A parte, debido a que las puertas no cierran bien, cuando el resto de huéspedes vuelven a la habitación, ya muy entrada la noche y con algunas copas de más, se oye en exceso. A las 3 de la mañana había un ir y venir de personas hebrias importante. No és un sitio para pasar la noche si tienes que trabajar al día siguiente.

Muito bom
Pros:

O meu filho fazia 5 anos no dia do check in e eu pedi para fazerem alguma coisa. O hotel colocou um miminho no quarto e ao jantar, ofereceram o bolo e cantaram os parabéns. Cortesia do hotel. Para nós teve imenso valor sentimental, a atenção . Foram todos sempre super simpáticos. A comida era muito boa e super variada.

Cons:

Achei um pouco errado permitirem as pessoas reservarem as espreguiçadeiras na piscina muito cedo quando a piscina só abre às 10h. Quem chega um pouco mais tarde, já não tem hipótese. As mesmas pessoas utilizam as espreguiçadeiras o dia inteiro.

Outra coisa que reparei principalmente ao pequeno almoço, a quantidade de pessoas que "rouba" comida. Escusado. O hotel tem imensa oferta. Vimos pessoas a levar mochilas vazias e a saírem cheias.
