Pros:

J'ai pu dormir correctement malgré mes problèmes de sommeil.

Cons:

Il y avait un peu de bruit dans la chambre d'à côté mais c'est indépendant de votre part.

Bien pour un séjour passager mais pas pour de longue vacances
Pros:

L’emplacement et l’accueil du personnel sont au top.

Cons:

Le décor un peu vieillot le ménage un peu juste et le bâtiment est pas rénové donc un bon coup de neuf serai parfait.

2 étoiles ne veut plus rien dire.
Pros:

J'ai apprécié la gentillesse du personnel et qu'on m'aide à porter ma valise.
L'hôtel est très proche de gare de l'est et gare du nord et il y a beaucoup de restos à côté.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas apprécié le manque d'équipements et de propreté. Il y a 3 prises électriques, qui ne sont pas du tout aux normes et qui sont loin du lit. La vue sur la "cour" est horrible. Les toilettes sont tout petites tout comme la douche.
Il y a des toiles d'araignée, des trous dans les portes et des joints très vétustes. Les plastiques sur les meubles ne sont pas retiré. C'est dommage parce qu'avec un petit rafraîchissement ce serait parfait.
Gros bémol également, la serrure. Étant une femme seule, ce n'est pas rassurant de ne pas pouvoir fermer la porte avec sa clé de l'intérieur et de devoir remettre sa clé dès qu'on sort pour aller dîner par ex.
Très bruyant...
Aussi la musique religieuse dès le matin, merci d'éviter...

Très moyen , cela ne donne pas du tout envie de revenir.
Pros:

L'emplacement est pas mal, personel souriant

Cons:

Je n'ai jamais eu une chambre pareille sur booking, tout est minuscule même le lavabo ( jamais vu un si petit pour une chambre d'hôtel), pas un seul crochet dans la salle de bain. Le ménage était vraiment minimum., j'avais trouvé des cheveux sur le lit....beaucoup de mauvais points.

Un hôtel chaleureux à taille humaine
Pros:

L'accueil et la gentillesse de l'hôtelier. Tout est fait pour nous rendre service. C'est un petit hôtel à taille humaine où l'on se sent à la maison.
L'emplacement est idéal à distance de la gare de l'est. Dans une rue pleine de petits restos et cafés très sympa. La literie est confortable et la machine à cafe et bouilloire sont un petit plus apprécié. J'y séjourne à chacun de mes passages à Paris. Définitivement mon point de chute.

The front desk staff were fantastic, couldn't fault them.
Short walking distance to train station, restaurants etc.
Bed was pretty comfortable.
There is a lift.

Friendly staff but tired room
Pros:

Good location 10 mins walk to Gare du Nord. All staff encountered were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had coffee and tea making facility. Breakfast was limited but fresh.

Cons:

The room was very tired and shabby. The bathroom door wouldn't shut as it looked like the bottom had got damp and warped. The floor outside the bathroom felt like it was rotten as it was very squishy under the lino. The sink was tiny, and above it was a shelf, making it impossible to get your face over the sink to wash or brush teeth.
I had to confirm the day before what time I wanted breakfast and order what I wanted from a very limited list. Basically, it was bread and croissant. Had I paid extra for it, I would have been unhappy.

Location ragionevole in centro Parigi
Pros:

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Posizione centralissima e vocina a tutti i trasporti. Va benissimo per chi lo isa giusto per dormire

Ci ritorneremo !
Pros:

Posizione ottima vicino alla metro, proprietario molto accogliente e disponibile, letti comodi e tutto pulito con ricambio giornaliero di asciugamani .
Zona comunque silenziosa la notte nonostante la vita serale dei locali

Cons:

La struttura come le camere andrebbero leggermente aggiustate ( muri, bagni )

Ein kleines, gemütliches Hotel in einer lebhaften, sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegenen Straße. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zugewandt.

Pros:

The manager was incredibly kind. The daily cleaning of the room and change of towels was great. Lots of cool bar and restaurants around the hotel. I felt safe as a solo female traveler. I brought my dog with me and we were very welcomed at the hotel.

Pros:

Месторасположение удобное, близко к вокзалу.
Персонал очень вежливый, старались чтобы бы отдых был приятным, насколько возможно. В номере было достаточно чисто, кровать, матрас удобные. Так же плюс, что был чайник, кофемашина.

Cons:

Улица на которой расположен отель очень шумная , окна не защищают от шума. Номер не соответствовал фото. Всё было хуже чем на фото, особенно санузел. Возле душа плесень, горячую воду нужно ждать минут 10 пока нагреется, шторку для душа давно пора поменять. Так же странно, что на шторах пятна. В целом для одной ночи неплохо. Но за эту цену можно найти лучше вариант)

Pros:

I return to this hotel for several times because of its convenient location, helpful staff, especially the manager friendly and accommodating, and the comfortable room despite the nearby street busy at night, even only for one or two nights. I’ll get back here in the future.

Pros:

Loved Yaz ! He made me feel at "home" from the moment I walked in. The night crew was also fantastic! Making sure that I enjoyed my days while in Paris. My room was the perfect size for one person ( and a typical size in Paris ) and just a short walk to either Gard du nord or Gard de L'est . With TONS of options for food .

Cons:

That I only had 2 days in Paris :(
