Pros:

Petit hôtel sympa avec un personnel à l’accueil formidable. La literie est correcte et le rapport qualité/prix excellent.
L’hôtel est situé dans une zone accessible, à proximité de nombreux commerces et restaurant.

I would not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Fantastic location being a 5 minute walk from Gard Du Nord. Loads of bars/cafes on the same street of the hotel so easy to get food/drink. Lift to the upper floors which was needed as the stairs were steep and not in good condition.

Cons:

While tea/coffee was provided in the room there was no milk provided! The suger sachets must have been there for weeks as the sugar had soldified within the packet. The carpet on the stairs was coming away which looked very unsafe. The room was basic and in need of a good freshen up. The furniture was coming apart. There was a wierd, very unpleasent, smell in the shower/toilet room.

Cons:

Trop, beaucoup trop de bruit. Entre les portes qui claquent toute la nuit et le personnel de ménage qui tape l'aspirateur sur la porte de la chambre et qui claque toutes portes. L'hôtel a des murs en papier donc pas mal comme petit hôtel, très propre, personnel très sympathique mais n'espèrez pas dormir plus d'une heure...
