Muito conforto no quarto, e cafe da manha excelente… as instalações do predio sao muito aconchegantes e a localização é excelente

O banheiro nao tem bom escoamento da agua do box, eventualmente molhava do lado de fora

Pros:

Todo estuvo perfecto desde el check in hasta el out. Nos cambiaron de habitación la primera noche por encontrar las camas individuales algo pequeñas.

Cons:

Les sugiero mejorar los dispositivos para la obtención del gel y/o champú, es fácil q caigan fuera de la mano al presionarlos. Igualmente colocar algún asidero en el interior de las duchas ayudaría a mantener la estabilidad , sobre todo a personas mayores.

Goed ; zeer tevreden ; aan te bevelen aan vrienden en kennissen.
Pros:

Uitstekende locatie, kan moeilijk beter in Madrid.
Ontbijtbuffet was alle dagen wat "teveel van hetzelfde", maar overigens toch wel bevredigend.

Cons:

Iets meer variatie bij het ontbijtbuffet had wel gemogen.
Ontbijt toegankelijk tot 10u30 ; maar in feite is dat het exacte uur dat men alles begint op te ruimen...

Great location in the middle of Madrid
Pros:

The location of this hotel is perfect. Right in the middle of Puerto de Sol and Placa Mayor we were able to walk everywhere. The reception staff were so friendly and happy to help.

Cons:

We had an attic room so the roof was sloped but the staff warned us about it before hand and we had no problems. I think the room was actually bigger because of it - just with a low roof on one side!

Great location but a little loud
Pros:

The central location was fantastic. We were 100 meters from the Plaza Mayor and a short walk to Sol. My wife really enjoyed the breakfast.

Cons:

The street noise was pretty loud up until almost midnight. The breakfast area was extremely hot every morning.
