Pros:

La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal sobresaliente. El desayuno más que suficiente y buen producto. Las habitaciones complicadas en el tamaño y disposición del baño...pero lógicamente hay que entender que es una adaptación sobre un edificio previo legendario. La cama excelente en tamaño y comodidad del colchón.

Nuestra experiencia en la Posada del Peine fue fantástica de principio a fin. El servicio en general es de primer nivel. Nos alojamos en una habitación maravillosa con vistas al exterior y acceso a un balcón, lo cual fue un auténtico privilegio para sentir el pulso de la ciudad. Además, alojarse en un hotel con tanta riqueza histórica y un encanto tan singular es una experiencia única.

La ubicación es insuperable: una zona sumamente segura, muy alegre y animada, rodeada de excelentes restaurantes, tiendas y los principales atractivos turísticos, lo que nos permitió recorrer todo cómodamente a pie, sin necesidad de utilizar ningún vehículo.

Queremos destacar la amabilidad de todo el personal: los chicos del front desk y el lobby fueron sumamente atentos, y el personal de la cafetería es increíblemente formal y educado. El desayuno buffet merece una mención especial; la selección es fantástica, variada y deliciosa. ¡Lo recomendamos al 100% y sin duda alguna volveremos!

¡Lo único que no nos gustó fue tener que irnos! Todo estuvo excelente y nos sentimos sumamente cómodos.

Un hôtel idéalement placé pour séjourner confortablement au cœur de Madrid
Pros:

L'emplacement est calme, l'isolation est très bonne et la climatisation est suffisante. Tout cela permet de passer de bonnes nuits et de bien récupérer.
Le petit déjeuner est varié et les ingrédients sont de qualité, ce qui est un point fort.
Le personnel est agréable et les équipements sont corrects.
L'esthétique de l'hôtel est remarquable tant à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur avec son magnifique escalier.

Cons:

La literie pourrait gagner en renouvellement.
Le manque de finition de notre chambre en matière d'esthétique était identifiable mais ne compromettrait pas le bon usage de la chambre. Il serait appréciable de pouvoir réellement séparer les lits simples lorsque la chambre est réservée avec ce critère. Ici, il y avait bien 2 lits simples mais impossible de les séparer à cause des chevets fixés de part et d'autre.

Great location
Pros:

Hotel is in a fantastic location next to Plaza Mayor and within easy walking distance to many other sites in Madrid. The breakfast selection was good with lots of different options.

Cons:

Unfortunately the aircon didn’t seem to work very well in the room, but this may not have been able to cope with the temperatures outside. Also I found the pillows very uncomfortable (but that’s due to my preference).
