¡ La ubicación y desayuno sólo justifican al "primer hotel madrileño" !.

Ubicación y desayuno.

Cons:

Las habitaciones ubicadas en la vertical de la recepción son impresentables.
Obreros (3) al mediodía descansando en los pasillos, latas y elementos de trabajo acopliados en el pasillo de acceso a la habitación.
La habitación, bajo techo, habitable para personas de altura 1,50 m.

Personal falto de amablilidad.

Debo destacar que para esta reserva Booking ofreció gratuitamente el traslado del aeropuerto al hotel en taxi.
Lo solicité y en el aeropuerto no lo brindaron.

Excellent hotel right in the heart of Centro, book now, you won't be disappointed.
Pros:

Excellent location. Room serviced daily. Scrumptious breakfast. Super comfy beds. Brilliant shower. Peaceful yet in the heart of Centro a minute away from Plaza Mayor/Puerta del Sol. Very pretty external facade. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Air conditioning not as cool as we'd have liked but exceptionally high temps.

Ein wunderbares historisches Hotel an absolut bester Lage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet gut.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war relativ klein, aber wir waren nicht in Madrid, um im Zimmer zu bleiben, sondern die Stadt zu geniessen.

We were checked 1 hour earlier the declared check in time

Cons:

Long check in. People get in queues for check in. And online check in did not work, webpage was not available. But you will anyway wait even with online check in, cause there will be people in queue in front of you who has not had online check in.

Breakfast time - it ends 10:30 and it means that 10:28 workers will be basically ripping food and cutlery from your hands and mouth and from your table without asking and passive agressively addressing in Spanish to you saying that breakfast is over. God, usually breakfast end means end of food serving and that people can sit further 30 mins to finish and leave. And here they would be basically taking dishes and cutlery in front of your face without asking 2 minutes before breakfast ends asking you to leave.

Cons:

Muy malo el.aire acondicionado de las habitaciones, indispensable para la época del año, tal es así que una noche no funcionó con temperaturas de mas de 30 grados.Recién al día siguiente, repararon con objetable resultado.
