Stuff was continuously asking for tips -straight forward

El colchon ya bastante viejo y la habitación sucia y descuidada.
The property is convenient and close to city centre. The swimming pool with water slide was fun and a great addition. Staff were kind and attentive.
Our room did not have any shampoo. We had to follow up after calling room service the first time. The water came out dirt colour but cleared out after a long time. Our garden room (second floor) was not very sound proof. I also expected a mini fridge but there were none in our room. Conversations can be heard from the garden and sounds of service staff’s cart from our room. We ordered breakfast from the restaurant’s menu. There were a lot of options however the eggs Benedict did not come as advertised, or was not the traditional kind as expected. The plate and bread was completely soaked with sauce and became too much and very heavy. The menu advertised cherry tomatoes but we got regular sliced tomatoes that were not fresh.

Las recepcionista sin atenciones, el botones y/o encargado de las maletas prepotente, las llaves de lavabo en mal estado ,la puerta del closet no se podia ni abrir, el bar carisimo
El gym me gusta mucho solo le falta ventilación.
Tire mis sábanas por que olían mucho a perfume de hombre pensando que la cambiarían y me las quitaron jajaja , luego me quitaron insumos de café tuve que bajar al satrbucks a comprar un café.
Muy bonito el hotel y sus istalaciones
Que a las 10 de la mañana tocaron limpieza y 10:30 y 11 y eso molesta no dejaron descansar nos despertaron

Todo en General es muy buen hotel, y la relación costo beneficio es excelente, por eso me he hospedado ahí desde hace más de 18 año, cada que visito MTY.
Anteriormente en cada habitación, al momento de llegar encontrábamos un par de manzanas y un chocolate, eso era un excelente detalle mismo que ya no he tenido en mis últimos alojamientos. El internet muy inestable.
