Piacevolmente sorpreso all'arrivo, avendo prenotato un camera standart, mi é stata data una camera Suite imperiale a tre piani con Jacuzzi personale.....peccato che era solo per una notte e da solo, sarebbe stato magnifico trascorrere una settimana almeno

Pros:

Très bel hôtel avec beaucoup de charme. La chambre était confortable, propre, calme et très agréable.

Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, avec un vrai plus : la possibilité de le prendre en extérieur, ce qui est très appréciable.

L'hôtel est situé à seulement 5 minutes à pied du métro, ce qui facilite les déplacements. Il est également possible de rejoindre la place centrale de Milan en environ 40 minutes à pied.

Le parking, bien que payant, est un véritable atout.

Un grand merci à la femme de chambre pour son sourire et sa gentillesse. Nous remercions également le monsieur en charge de la piscine, qui parlait français. Il a été très accueillant, de bon conseil pour notre visite au lac de Côme.

Cons:

dommage que la seule personne parlant français soit affectée à la piscine alors qu’en parallèle, aucune des hôtesses d'accueil en front office ne semble parler cette langue. Même si on parle anglais, rien de mieux que notre langue pour bien échanger.

Il serait peut-être intéressant de renforcer l'accueil des clients européens en ayant davantage de personnel multilingue à la réception, notamment francophone. Nous avons d'ailleurs croisé plusieurs clients français pendant notre séjour, ce qui pourrait être un vrai plus. C'est simplement une petite suggestion qui rendrait l'expérience encore plus agréable.

Par ailleurs, l'accueil pourrait être plus chaleureux. Les personnes à la réception avaient un visage fermé, sans sourire, ce qui ne donne pas une première impression très agréable.

The hotel room was big and they upgraded us as a nice surprise!

The staff when we arrived were lovely!

The spa and pool was not big or really good quality

Location was ok if you drove but it’s a 35 minute walk to city centre at least!

One staff member was not helpful we asked where to go for lunch she just pointed to a street and went just go down there. That was today Friday around 2ish!

Pros:

We had the junior suite and the standing shower had the leak and water was all over the floor.

Cons:

Breakfast... Most of the chafers/ trays were empty when we arrived. Waited for few minutes and gave up. We had to go the host to ask, if we can get come coffee. Definitely understaffed
