Attractive, comfortable, and clean with professional staff
Pros:

Extremely well presented, comfortable and clean hotel. Very professional and pleasant staff. Good location at south/east of Milan making it convenient for Linate airport yet also near to a Metro station so also great for access to the Duomo and other popular tourist sites.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

A bit disappointed to not get what was expected. Price ok and close to public transport but not close to an good restaur

Good size room with tub in bathroom

Cons:

The pool was not like in pictures, busy, loud and messy. Pool shoes or flip flops were obligatory and they didn’t rent them out. (Only sold them) Wet towels were piled everywhere - not super impressed. Also, the bed was old, uncomfortable and noisy - felt like it was going to fall apart.

Very friendly staff, they helped us with everything, delicious breakfast, great location — central area but still quiet in the evenings.
