Pros:

Le service de conciergerie au top et la serviabilité du personnel d'accueil, qui était très sympathique.

Cons:

L'espace piscine/bien-être ne vaut pas le tarif (20€). Ce n'est pas très propre, c'est petit et vite bondé, et on s'attend à quelque chose d'un peu plus qualitatif pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.

We were impressed and extremely satisfied by the welcoming approach, elegant professionalism and flexible reliability of Chief Concierge and Les Clefs d'Or® member, Bernie Gallotta. Make sure to reach out to him whenever you decide to stay at the Visconti Palace.

Cons:

The single elevator functioning at the property is insufficient for servicing the high number of guests (especially on weekends).
