Nice grand hotel, with minor tweaks this could be great.
Pros:

Good breakfast, clean, well run hotel.

Cons:

Front desk arrogant and aloof. Not genuinely friendly. On day of check out, I was charged on my credit card at 7am, when I hadn't checked out yet. I travel the world, and never get charged before actual checkout. When I adressed this with front desk, they didn't react very well.

Also, for this price and category, complentary water should be provided in the rooms.

Spezielle Location an perfekter Lage für Metro in Mailand. Wir würden wieder hier buchen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war eher mäßig. Ich hätte mir frisches Brot gewünscht, nicht nur Toast und Aufbackbrötchen. Die Zimmer waren zwar altmodisch aber gemütlich eingerichtet , geschlafen haben wir sehr gut. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Lovely stay, near Fondazione Prada!
Pros:

They gave me an upgrade and free entrance to the SPA, which both were great extra services! Furthermore staff is very friendly. Breakfast was extensive, fresh and good!
