Tutto!
Lo staff super cordiale e gentile, la camera pulita e perfettamente rifatta, la colazione ottima. Sarà il mio posto fisso!

Cons:

Giusto una cavolata: aggiungerei attorno alla vasca idromassaggio del centro benessere, il corrimano per potere uscire ed entrare serenamente e senza rischi.

Hotel Grand Visconti Palace
Pros:

Отель расположен недалеко от ж/д дороги, но в номере хорошая звукоизоляция и нам ничего не было слышно. От Дуомо добирались до отеля примерно 17 минут. Рядом много кафе, ресторанов, магазин LIDL.
Номер просторный, удобная широкая кровать.кондиционер работает хорошо. В номере есть чайник и кофеварка ( чай и кофе тоже есть) В ванной комнате имеется набор гель для душа - шампунь - кондиционер - лосьон для тела.
В отеле есть бассейн, 2 бани. Для постояльцев бесплатно. После жаркого дня в городе самое лучшее решение.
У отеля своя парковка, но за нее вздымается плата 35 евро/сутки)
Завтрак: много выпечки, фрукты, овощи,мюсли, йогурт, мясная нарезка, сыр, яйца.

Non torneremo.
Pros:

Il motivo principale per cui avevo prenotato era la piscina. Niente da dire, era bella, i bambini si sono divertiti.

Cons:

Siamo rimasti estremamente delusi dal nostro soggiorno. I materassi erano scomodi, non abbiamo mai dormito così male in un Grand Hotel.

La colazione è stata, purtroppo, all'altezza del resto dell'esperienza. Mio marito, inglese e abituato a una colazione tradizionale, è rimasto sinceramente scioccato dalla qualità del cibo proposto.

Le salsicce servite erano crude. Ho dovuto toglierle ai bambini prima che le mangiassero. Abbiamo immediatamente segnalato il problema al personale, che ci ha assicurato che sarebbe intervenuto, ma nessuno si è più presentato e non abbiamo ricevuto alcun seguito alla segnalazione.

Particolarmente deludente anche il porridge: 5 euro a porzione per una preparazione decisamente inadeguata, con fiocchi d'avena grossolani e poco cotti, serviti in una quantità minima di latte. Se si sceglie di applicare un supplemento per questo prodotto, ci si aspetterebbe almeno una preparazione all'altezza del prezzo richiesto.

Da una struttura che si presenta come un Grand Hotel ci aspettavamo standard ben diversi, sia in termini di comfort che di qualità del servizio. Purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata molto lontana dalle aspettative e non torneremo.
