Old, heavy used furniture, cleaning ladies told me that they have to clean the room now - while I was on it. Strange. Bed was sliding away sideways.. had bad sleep there - unfortunately.

מלון ממוקם מעולה , צמוד לסופר מרקט , 3 דקות הליכה מהמטרו, הצוות מדהים עוזר בכל דבר ( ראו שיש גשם הביאו לנו מטריות בלי שביקשנו) , חדרים גדולים ונקיים וארוחת בוקר מעולה. 10 דקות הליכה לבית כנסת . ממליץ מאד

WE LOST VALUABLES FROM OUR OWN ROOM WHILE WE WERE AWAY! WE DONT FEEL SECURE THERE.
Cons:

We lost 2 valuable items from our own room!!!I am in shock and the hotel can not explain how they disappeared from my room and how we lost our items. WHERE WAS THEIR SECURITY OR CAMERAS? I am now in a painful process to report to the Italian police from abroad through the Embassy. I confirmed to the hotel that I can see online the lost device and that someone is trying to hack it repeatedly which proves that someone has it. Any serious hotel they simply apologize for lack of security and would compensate especially when i have proof that the lost item is in someone else's possession trying to hack it.

Fantasztikus élmény volt, bármikor szívesen visszatérnénk ide!
Pros:

A szálloda hangulata és tisztasága lenyűgöző volt. A szoba tágas és kényelmes, a személyzet pedig rendkívül segítőkész. Külön élveztük a wellness részleget a városnézés után, igazi felüdülés volt. A reggeli is bőséges és finom volt.

Cons:

Nem tudnék ilyet említeni, mindennel tökéletesen elégedettek voltunk.
