Terrible maintenance as encounter spiders and bugs on our bed.
Cons:

we had bugs and spider or centipede on the bed. we showed the picture to the front desk. He indicated he will report the issue

Clean place not much activiy
Pros:

I did not have breakfast because i needed to leave at 5 am. The place was very clean.

Cons:

the Elevators were very slow and one did hot work well...one would NOT got to floor #4. There was no one tending bar so there was no activity around the bar.

We loved the room but we had ANTS. And very disappointed that there was no pool!

Cons:

NO POOL! HAD ANTS ALL OVER OUR ROOM.

Breakfast was not great for the cost. Bacon cold. Eggs no taste

Did not know the parking g was a garage and only a few oversized spots available out front. Had to sit and wait for a spot

The location was a bonus along with the price

Cons:

The breakfast was not available due to a employee calling in. The shower leaked water onto the floor along with lights out in the bathroom. The maid service did not bring new towels on Saturday,had to go down to the lobby due to no one answering when calling.

Pros:

Staff exceeded expectations because I asked for a room with a bathtub but they didn't receive the initial request from booking and they upgraded me to a higher floor with a nicer view and bathtub. The beds had a mattress encasing which is nice if you're worried about bedbugs. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner and lotion.
