Excelente todo el personal. Ubicación muy buena : muchos lugares de gastronomia, muy buen acceso a los medios de transporte y centros comerciales.

excelente lugar en Santiago
Pros:

Excelente lugar, buena ubicacion y seguro. No me habia quedado nunca aqui y no me defraudo, muy comodo, buena comida y desayuno. El personal muy amable. esta cerca de todo y eso conviene bastante. buena pisicina.

Nice Hotel in good location let down by restrictive practices
Pros:

This was a nice hotel , at a decent price, and well located for bars and restaurants.. the Hotel was secure and had good outside space, notably a decent pool.

The staff were also pleasant and friendly , though somewhat undermined by hotel policies.

Cons:

We had three areas where service levels fell below expectations:
1. On our first night we asked to book a taxi into town and were told that the hotel could not do this and we should book an Uber. In fairness the Uber service was very good but nevertheless I find this bizarre ..I have stayed in literally hundreds of hotels and have never been to one that refused to book a taxi.
2. Other than in reception and floor 2 ..internet was unavailable until the third day of our stay … of course connectivity problems can arise but to take 2-3 days to fix is unacceptable , even on a weekend , in a capital city hotel.
3, we hoped for a nightcap in the hotel but by 2230 on the Saturday and 2200 on the Sunday ( when we returned) the bar was closed and we were refused drinks because the staff had closed the tills … not what one would expect .

O hotel é muito agradável e confortável. A localização é excelente. Existem muitas opções de restaurantes ao redor, na Avenida Providencia e fácil conexão com o metrô.

Pros:

위치가 정말 너무 좋아요. 직원분들도 너무 친잘하시고 여행하기에는 너무 좋은 숙소에요. 5분 거리에 식당, 바, 슈퍼, 편의점이 있으며 지하철역, 버스정류장도 가까워요. 치안이 너무 좋은 동네라 밤늦게까지 돌아다니기 좋은 숙소입니다.
