Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, el servicio del personal muy amable, el desayuno muy completo y rico, las camas son muy comodas, el agua de regadera tiene buena presión y la limpieza en general es buena. La zona es segura para caminar, está a 4 min de una estación del metro. Excelente calidad-precio por la zona. Los días que sales temprano por tour te preparan un pequeño lonche pero hay que pedirlo con anticipación.

Cons:

Todo bien, aunque solamente nos dejaron 1 botella de agua al llegar, hacían la limpieza a diario pero no reemplazaban los vasos.

Friendly staff

Cons:

Check-in time is 3pm sharp. You can store your luggage, but policy is you may not access your room until 3, when everyone has to queue up to complete paperwork to be issued their room keys.

Pros:

Hotel perfeito!!! Amamos ! Muito limpo, aconchegante e quentinho! Café da manhã muito bom, funcionários excelentes e tinha a opção de levar lanche caso tenhamos passeio muito cedo!
Além disso a localização é perfeita, local tranquilo e perto de tudo! Indico de olhos fechados

Pros:

Desayuno variado y salón acorde a los pasajeros.

Cons:

Estacionamiento muy estrecho, que estuviera cerrada la reja y al tocar timbre no abrieran rápido. Sobretodo con lluvia y mojarse por esto.
