Great Service, Tired Bedrooms
Pros:

Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Outdoor pool is a pleasant place to while away some time in sun.
They securely stored a suitcase for me across 3 separate stays at hotel, once for 2 weeks and once for 5 weeks which is a BIG plus.

Cons:

Rooms are quite basic, air conditioning in particular is old and very noisy - not 4 star quality

La ubicación es lejos lo mejor que tiene el hotel. El personal amable.

Cons:

El desayuno es muy malo. Uno de los peores que recuerde realmente. El cafe FRIO. Los pancakes incomibles. Despues no mucho mas.

No cumplieron con lo establecido en el momento de la reserva ya habían ejecutado el pago antes de llegar. Nos quejamos y solo pidieron disculpas, una falta de profesionalidad terrible y para colmo soportar las malas caras como si nosotros nos hubiéramos equivocado cuando el error parte desde ellos. Además los dos ascensores sin funcionar, por suerte estábamos en el 4 piso.

Nos gustó la atención, tod@s fueron muy amables. La limpieza, las instalaciones estaban impecables. El desayuno, contundente, variado, los vegetales asados, el horario extendido. La ubicación, accesible a servicios, comercio, transporte, pero en calle tranquila. El convenio de estacionamiento con SABA, a falta de cupo en instalaciones.

Cons:

Detalles mínimos en mantención de instalaciones y artículos para el servicio. (botones de ascensor, toallas de color oscuro, cierre de bañera.
