Threw a supposed to be a fridge in room. Property needs some maintenance- Air conditioner in bedroom did not work. TV remotes did not work

Hubo problemas con la tarifa de Booking, me dieron una habitacion "buena" y otra horrible

La ubicación y el desayuno aceptable

Cons:

Reservé 2 habitaciones dobles superior, y una cumplía con lo básico, la otra horrible, no tenía extractor de aire en el baño, las camas no les funcionaba el freno de las ruedas y se movían para todos lados, no existía frigobar o mini refrigerador, el baño era feo y mal distribuido . Como si fuera poco un día no hicieron aseo en la habitación.

A superb hotel.
Pros:

The location was excellent and very secure. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with full facilities. A superb breakfast with plenty of choice. Highly recommended!

Great Service, Tired Bedrooms
Pros:

Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Outdoor pool is a pleasant place to while away some time in sun.
They securely stored a suitcase for me across 3 separate stays at hotel, once for 2 weeks and once for 5 weeks which is a BIG plus.

Cons:

Rooms are quite basic, air conditioning in particular is old and very noisy - not 4 star quality

La ubicación es lejos lo mejor que tiene el hotel. El personal amable.

Cons:

El desayuno es muy malo. Uno de los peores que recuerde realmente. El cafe FRIO. Los pancakes incomibles. Despues no mucho mas.

No cumplieron con lo establecido en el momento de la reserva ya habían ejecutado el pago antes de llegar. Nos quejamos y solo pidieron disculpas, una falta de profesionalidad terrible y para colmo soportar las malas caras como si nosotros nos hubiéramos equivocado cuando el error parte desde ellos. Además los dos ascensores sin funcionar, por suerte estábamos en el 4 piso.
