Bad stay dirty room

Just the location

Cons:

Well I found loose change, like coins in the bed which to me means they did not change the sheets. I also found a Tupperware lid in the room as well so the room itself probably was not cleaned well at all. Also the pool was slimy. Along the bottom you could visibly see the gunk in the bottom of the pool. The "hot tub" was bearly warm enough to call it bath water... the water in the hot tub felt slimy. For the room I stayed in... it was a "mobility room" I couldn't fit my walker to the other side of the bed because it wasn't wide enough between the foot of the bed and the small dresser thing.

Cons:

There is no elevator at this 2-story location. Stairs are at the ends of the hallway. Lots of water at the top of the stairs from the pool (but that was more of a jerk guest issue). Why would you have luggage carts and people not be able to use them? 1 ice machine entire building. The tub was disgusting and wouldn’t step in it. Front desk staff EXTREMELY rude

Not great and unsafe

It was in the area I went

Cons:

The guy gave us key card to used room, then refused to check the next room, when I called then and explained I would be there late. He left my paperwork with my information on the top counter after transaction until I came back down from used room and placed it on the bottom desk. Someone entered my room and changed the air settings after I put the do not disturb on door and verified with front desk no one would be entering my room. The pool area stunk and hot tub appeared unsanitary
