Its location and value
The facility is old. The room is smelly.
The facilities were clean, and the staff was mostly attentive. The room was spacious and had recently been modernized
Check in/check out was a little bit strange. There weren't any problems really, but it was an odd circumstnace. No big deal really.

The staff member I spoke with over the phone was very friendly and accommodating, but the lady at the front desk was extremely rude when I checked in.

Nice spacious rooms. Breakfast included. Staff very friendly and had pleasant conversations. Staff was very helpful with local information. Service was quick when you needed something. Having coffee readily available was nice! Location was good and the price was reasonable.
Perhaps some more options at breakfast. A better jacuzzi would be great but realize this is an older hotel.
They offered a pool, and I enjoy water fitness. I utilized the pool however it is moldy and painted over, they should open the windows or treat the wood infrastructure to withstand the locked moisture and cleaning solutions.
There is no elevator for your luggage, the breakfast lacked nutritional value.
