Second time staying there because of the hot tub in the room but it will not work for us again.
Pros:

The location. The room.

Cons:

TV was hard to understand how to work it. Staff did help us but we had trouble with TV the next day also. Spa does not have easy access to get in it like a step down to get inside.

Overall it was very good.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the spa bath was clean.
The location was wonderful!

Cons:

I just wish the property had provided a couple of bottles of water and some coffee and tea as courtesy. These are very standard and basic but unfortunately these things weren’t supplied. I had just come from a very long drive to get to Lake Tahoe and it would have been so nice to have had a bottle of water minimum at my arrival.

Pros:

Bed is very comfortable. Ideal location walkable to downtown and nearby all the South Lake Tahoe main attractions. Staff is friendly. Price is much more affordable than many accommodations in Tahoe.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the pictures make it look a lot nicer than it is. The hallway carpet is very dirty and needs to be replaced and the hallway lighting is so low it resembles a dungeon. The actual room was in better condition.
