I reserved a kind suite room almost a year in advance. I reserved it with booking then went into the hotel in person. The requested to be switched to a king suite with the fireplace and the manager upgraded/changed my room in the system. When I went to check into me room they had changed me back to my original room with the fireplace and without notifying me. I was EXTREMELY disappointed since I had been looking forward to my visit and the room I was told I was going to have
