We came to visit with friends who went to Comicon.We had a pleasant stay and will book again.
Pros:

It was better than I expected for a value property. The staff was nice, the room very clean, There was a refrigerator and microwave. We were given new towels after using ours at the pool. There was coffee in the lobby in the morning. No issues with parking. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

Cons:

Would have liked the pool to be open earlier and a coffee maker in the room.

It was all about location and this worked out for us.
Pros:

The location was just perfect for what we needed. It was easy to get to and get in and out of.

I will NOT stay again. Hotels are for sleeping; not partying

The rooms were immaculate - Kudos to the housekeeping staff!!

Cons:

The night managers was AWFUL. The folks across the hall were having a very LOUD party. I asked the night mgr to tell them to turn the music down. He did but they did NOT turn the music down. I called the mgr SEVERAL more times and each time he said "give me a minute and I'll come up" but he was LYING, He never came up again. At 2am I went down personally and asked him to call the police - he said he did. He was LYING again. The police never came and the party continued. I will NEVER STAY again at a place that lets people disrupt the other guests

The property held my deposit for two full weeks after checkout and completely ignored all my messages regarding the issue. Very poor communication.

Pros:

My family and I liked how quiet it was during the night. We have stayed at this hotel before. The first time was not a good experience with other people being too loud at 1am. However this experience was alot more comfortable.

Cons:

It would be nice to add on a family member to check in, in the event the name on file is running late.

Good location, good price, clean rooms and lots of dinner options near by.

Quick check in, room was downstairs upon request. Pool was very clean and blue.
