Categories

Cleanliness
8.6
Mixed reports: several guests praised general cleanliness, but multiple complaints note hair in shower, empty toiletries, fridge crumbs and an isolated severe bedding issue — overall slightly below top standard.
Service
9.5
Service is frequently described as friendly and engaged; a few administrative hiccups (invoice issuance, parking guidance) noted but staff attitude is repeatedly praised.
Location
9.6
Consistently praised: excellent central location and stunning views from rooms; convenient for walking to the centre.
Room Quality
8.8
Rooms are often described as spacious with good views and some rooms featuring jacuzzis; occasional reports of outdated fittings and issues (bed problems, small jacuzzi) reduce the score slightly.
Amenities
9.1
Strong spa/sauna offerings and jacuzzi praised, though gym described as gloomy and some guests find the jacuzzi small for hotel size; overall amenities are a highlight.
Value for Money
7.7
Several guests felt the hotel or services (parking, breakfast) are overpriced relative to their expectations; explicit complaints about cost and unmet expectations lower this metric.
Food and Beverage
9.5
Breakfast/buffet repeatedly called excellent, varied and a highlight (pancakes, waffles mentioned); occasional crowding and one comment about very expensive breakfast are minor drawbacks.
Overall Experience
10
Majority of guests report a very positive stay — beautiful surroundings, great views, good breakfast and friendly staff — leading to an excellent overall impression despite some isolated issues.

Pros:

Numerio langai buvo į gatvę, kadangi esu jautri triukšmui todėl visiškai negalėjau miegoti dėl nuolat važiuojančių automobilių skleidžiamo triukšmo.

Cons:

Per stiprus kvapas kambaryje, kuris erzino.

The elevators did not work properly. We got to our room on the 3rd try. Had the same problem on all following days.
