Nice and central Hotel in Vilnius
Pros:

The very central hotel location and the view it provides over the city. The room although outdated, it was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

Although the building is quite tall and modern, somehow the room facilities (walk-in shower and sauna) seem a bit outdated and in need of a renovation. The reception staff was perhaps the unfriendliest I have ever encountered so far. Didn't seem to take any interest in its customers or their comfort. We were told at check in that we might face some noise from the Hotel bar above our floor (which isnt something you want to hear when you're checkin' in), and although we didnt really notice anything or had any complaints throughout our stay, it would have been nicer to feel looked after rather than "here's an issue, deal with it" kind of approach. On top of that, we learned that despite previous contact with the Hotel, one of the beds hadnt been made, so we had to do it ourselves. Not really an issue since I do my own at home, but not the kind of treatment you'd expect when you paid for a Suite in a 4* hotel.
