We didn't like that there was insufficient items for the breakfast, there was no milk, coffee or napkins to clean your hand. The tables were dirty no employee cleaned them so others could sit. The building although its non smoking it stunk, the carpet in the halls need to be cleaned and vaccumed. The ones in the rooms too.

Wouldn’t stay there again.
Cons:

Elevator broke and we were on third floor. No help with luggage. We are seniors and could have used a little help.
