A peaceful stay in vibrant Venice
Pros:

We loved our stay here! From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm welcome. The staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay. Our room was exactly as described: spacious, with a beautiful bathroom, and everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained.

We particularly loved the hotel's location in the quieter part of Venice. It was lovely to come back to a peaceful area after a day out, while the water taxi makes it very easy to reach the busier parts of the city and other places.

The breakfast was very extensive, with something for everyone and the breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive, and the staff at the bar were lovely too.

Cons:

Dîner nul ! Service horriblement long , 25 minutes pour 4 tomates cerises jetées dans une assiette avec une mozzza dessus. Assaisonnement quasi inexistant, sans basilic, rien ! 14€ !!!!! , une assiette de spaghettis aux gambas avec UNE gambas posée religieusement dessus à peine décongelée.
Il y un très bon petit resto à deux pas de l’hôtel avec de la vraie cuisine qui propose des produits locaux et frais.

Ideal in Ruhe das quirlige Venedig zu besuchen.
Pros:

Freundliches und sehr hilfsbereites Personal.
Tolles Frühstück mit grosser Auswahl. Ohne Frühstück verpasst man wirklich etwas. Sogar unser Frühstücksmuffel hat sich gefreut.
Von der Vaporetto Haltestelle Sant'Elena ist es nicht weit zum Hotel. Ideal mit Koffer easy zu erreichen. Mit der Bahn ankommen, Vaporetto Ticket kaufen, einsteigen und losfahren nach Sant’Elena. Von der Station noch 3 Min. zu Fuss und man erreicht schon das Hotel. Man muss nich mit den Koffern und Taschen über unzählige Brücken und sich durch enge Gassen zwängen.
Das tolle ist, man ist mit den Vaporettos so schnell im Trubel, aber auch schnell wieder raus und man hat Ruhe. Auch zu Fuss erreicht man in 25 Min den Markusdom.
Das Lido ist mit dem Vaparetto in 10 Min. zu erreichen und man kann ein toller Badetag verbringen.
Für uns als Familie (15J. Sohn) wars der richtige Ort und wir würden gerne wieder dorthin.

Cons:

Ein bisschen enger Aufzug, gewohnheitsbedürftig aber ok. Sonst gibt es ja noch die Treppe.

Beautiful Hotel in a Great Area
Pros:

We loved the location as it was in a slightly quieter part of the city. The boat bus was right across from the hotel, so it was very easy to get out and about. The bedroom was beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. When we arrived we were greeted by a really friendly receptionist who made us feel very welcome.

Cons:

Our telephone didn't work. We had to call the hotel from our mobile phones to get put through to room service and then we were often disconnected. When room service finally arrived it took ages and was very average. The plugs in the shower/bath didn't work properly and it took a while for water to drain after a shower.

Dos días visitando Venecia en familia
Pros:

Todo en general. Estar a tres paradas en vaporetto de la Plaza de San Marcos. Zona muy tranquila, bien comunicada.
Desayuno fantástico! Habitación suite grande y espaciosa para dos adultos y dos niños. Cama grande de matrimonio y sofá cama también grande y cómodo.
La limpieza de las instalaciones del hotel y la amabilidad del personal son puntos a destacar.
Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel y siempre ha sido un verdadero acierto.
Totalmente recomendable.

Cons:

Quizás y por poner una pega que para nosotros no fue ningún problema es que en la zona donde está ubicado el hotel abundan árboles donde proliferan las cigarras con su intenso y reconocible canto sobretodo en los meses de verano. Desde la habitación se podían escuchar pero no es un ruido que te impida el descanso.
