Hôtel incroyable
Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant et agréable, la chambre était très propre, la literie très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et variés. L’hôtel est très bien situé et à quelques pas d’une station de vaporetto. J’ai apprécié le service de conciergerie pour les bagages. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel qui est pour moi l’un des meilleurs.

Great restful stay.
Pros:

The room was really nice and clean with comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great too.

Cons:

It was a bit far from the city center but if you take the ferry it’s quite okay.

La propreté, le calme

Cons:

Nous avions réservé deux chambres identiques (même prix, même catégorie : chambre avec grand lit double) pour deux couples, à l’occasion de notre anniversaire de mariage.
Or, à notre arrivée, nos amis ont eu une suite avec canapé et grand lit, tandis que nous avons eu une chambre plus petite avec un lit de 140 cm, ce qui ne correspondait pas à la réservation.
Nous avons découvert au moment du check-out qu’il y avait eu une erreur à l’accueil : les cartes-clés avaient été inversées par le personnel d'hôtel et la suite était enregistrée à notre nom.
Cette erreur, non détectée pendant le séjour, a malheureusement gâché un événement important pour nous. C’est très décevant compte tenu du prix payé et de l’occasion.

Hotel elegantissimo in una zona non molto turistica di Venezia. Personale gentile e cortese. La stanza era pulitissima e molto accogliente. La colazione a buffet è ricca e ci sono diverse opzioni vegane.

Pros:

Тихий район. При этом приятно прогуляться до центра.
Остановка вапоретто в 2-х минутах ходьбы.
Приятный отель, хорошие и недорогие завтраки.
Удобная кровать и подушки. Зимой в номере было тепло.

Cons:

Номер совсем небольшой, разместить 2 чемодана проблема.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen und wir werden Ihre Adressen sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Lage und Ausstattung waren Top. Die Ausstattung hat uns sehr gefallen. Das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir waren zu Dritt in einem Zimmer, Auch das Zusatzbett war sehr bequem. Das Frühstück sehr fein. Die Taubenplage humorvoll mit "Wasser-Revolver" teilweise gelöst.

Cons:

Einzig der Einstieg in die Badewanne/Dusche war sehr knapp und eng bemessen.

Friendly people and very helpful. Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable.

Everything was Fantastic!

Cons:

5am I woke up with noises from the street. Luggage’s noise and loud people.
Still when I complained they offer to swap rooms.
