Our recent stay did not live up to our previous stay.
Pros:

The location, quite so long as there isn’t an evening football match on.

Cons:

We had to ask for a change of room. Our room overlooked the football stadium & the noise from the game & especially the pre & post match entertainment was phenomenally loud into the late evening. The lovely staff worked hard to find an alternative room for us.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta
. La struttura è estremamente pulita e ben curata, con una grande attenzione verso gli ospiti. Un aspetto che ho apprezzato particolarmente è la disponibilità verso i cagnolini: all’arrivo ci sono stati forniti ciotola e cuscino dedicati, un gesto davvero premuroso.
Il personale è sempre stato educato, cordiale e disponibile, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Ottima anche la colazione, varia e di qualità.
L’hotel non si trova proprio in centro, ma è comunque possibile raggiungerlo con una piacevole passeggiata; in alternativa, il vaporetto è comodamente situato a pochi passi dalla struttura.
Consigliato a chi cerca tranquillità, pulizia, un’ottima colazione e un’accoglienza attenta anche agli amici a quattro zampe

Struttura atipica con allaggi nel girdino, tutto molto bello e ben cirato. La distanza per San Marco e' facilmente comensato da bellissima passeggiata lungo riva o vaporetto pass. Food eccellente. Bagno molto grande

Cons:

ascensori fuori uso, solo uno funzionava e si arrivava a tutti i piani.

Superb hotel
Pros:

We have just got back from 4 lovely days and nights at Hotel Indigo .The staff were brilliant as was the food and everything else about the hotel .The location is fantastic .Set in a tranquil quiet neighbourhood about 20 minutes walk to Saint Marks Square . We would not hesitate to book this hotel again .Thanks to all the staff who were superb also the best Aperol Spritz going .

Great, quiet and clean
Pros:

Its a lovely boutique hotel actually in the quieter part of Venice. We had a lovely man check us in. We got to ohr room and were greeted by a lovely bottle of press co and some macrons for my parters birthday. Room was lovely and big. Lovely garden view. Plenty of breakfast items. Its a good 20 minute walk from main Venice attractions, but its quiet and lovely. Local shop x2 cappuccinos near by €3.60 to sit in. You can quadruple this price in St Marks square. A water taxi bus service just outside the hotel. We ate near the hotel in a place called Trattoira del Tosi. More local restaurant, but the food was amazing. Staff do not speak much but they let you get on eith your holiday, which we prefer. Overall very good for us. Quiet, warm, lovely rooms. Breakfast lady was lovely too. If you want quiet and do not mind a good walk in to mai stream Venice, stay here. We loved it. Would go back anytime. Had a trip to Murano Burano islands. Its lovely. Thank you, a nice few days in Venice for us
