La ubicación, el diseño y la amabilidad del personal del hotel. Un desayuno muy variado y completo.

Cons:

Al ducharte se salía agua porque las gomas de la mampara no terminaban de sellar bien, quizás estaría bien mejorar esa parte.

Lovely hotel, well located with helpful staff
Pros:

Bilboa is a lovely town, and Hotel Miro is very well situated, being between the Guggenheim museum and the Fine Art Gallery; both just a few minutes walk away.
The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

The joy of artful living and staying in Bilbao!
Pros:

Great location, stylish venue, beautiful art all around the premises, a great selection of books in the room and last but not least - a wonderful team of hospitality professionals, honouring their craft to the highest level.

Cons:

The usage of the wellness facilities (infrared sauna and pool) are not complementary. However, for a reasonably hourly rate you will have the opportunity to book a private session for two.

Good hotel for visiting Bilbao and surroundings for some days - centrally located
Pros:

Nice staff, comfortable and quiet room, good breakfast, perfectly located in order to reach everything within walking range.

Cons:

Toilet brush missing - a strange feature in many hotels in Spain.

PS: Attention Mr Rubén Varela: A toilet brush is not some "essential" that guests normally bring in the hotel. In most of the hotels outside Spain it´s a feature of the hotel room ;-)
