Venligt personale - men komforten mangler at leve op til 4 stjernehotel

Venligt og hjælpsomt personale, pænt rent og lyse omgivelser.

Cons:

Sengen var meget hård, uden topmadras. Vi var glade for, at det kun var to nætter, vi havde booket.
Der var ikke ordentligt tryk på vandet, så badet tog lidt længere tid end venligt.

An excellent hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The hotel is lovely and in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was varied with high-quality products. I would absolutely stay here again

Cons:

The shower took a little while to warm up and the water pressure wasn’t very strong.

Hotel très bien situé face au musée Gugenheim.
Grande amabilité du personnel tout en discrétion.
Chambre grande et très bien aménagée.
Petit déjeuner remarquable par sa qualité et sa diversité.
La directrice est venu s'inquiéter de notre séjour.
Toutes les lignes de bus à proximité

Rien, pas de parking, mais parking public de proximité vaste et confortable pour circuler facilement.
