I will consider going back if I need to stay in the area again
Pros:

Staff at checkin is very nice. And we're lucky that our room was available earlier. The room is very clean. There's good selection of food for breakfast. Location is around 7-10 mins walk to train station which is very handy!

Comfortable, quiet and cool vibe hotel
Pros:

We chose this as we wanted to be close to Borough Market and its surrounds. We felt very safe around this area. All staff were amazing. The breakfast area and food was to a very high standard. Fabulous smoothies available.

The room was extremely comfortable however, I am not a fan of the new deconstructed bathrooms. Probably ok as a single occupancy but room is suitable for three guests and it would be a struggle to have any privacy when it comes to showering or using the toilet.

We had a few drinks and food at the hotel bar on a few evenings. It is a cool bar with a comfortable vibe.
I was disappointed though on my last night to be charged 10% service charge without my permission. I hadn’t seen this on previous receipts over the two nights that we stayed at this hotel.
Our room was 621, and it was very quiet and a nice few.

I used the gents toilet just off the foyer, hopefully maintenance get to fix the seat soon.

A lovely stay in a modern and comfortable hotel in a great location!
Pros:

Spotlessly clean, very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast choice.

Cons:

Our stay was over the weekend so this didn’t apply, but had it have been mid week our curtains would be kept closed due to an office block being directly in front of the window and in close proximity!
