Great location within walking disctance to main attractions. The hotel staff were GREAT!!

Hotel completed a very enjoyable family trip to London
Pros:

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable with an excellent en suite. We thought hotel equivalent to other more expensive we have used. Uber machine in reception very useful.

Otelin konumu oldukça iyiydi. Odada bir adet daha tek kişilik yatak olması bebeğimizin annesiyle yatabilmesi için çok faydalıydı.

Cons:

Tuvalet kapısı ve ses yalıtımı çok yetersiz, bebeğimiz uyuduğunda su sesinden uyanacak diye sifona basmaya bile çekindik. Akşam giriş yaptığımızdaki resepsiyon biraz soğuk davrandı. Sabahki resepsiyon görevlileri çok daha sıcakkanlıydı.

Nette kamer, geen storend lawaai op de gang (we lagen op het einde), leuke producten in badkamer, heel verzorgd ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, vlotte service om koffers te bewaren.

Het extra bedje is niet zo heel breed.

Niezapomniany pobyt , polecam serdecznie ten hotel
Pros:

Fantastyczne miejsce, dobra lokalizacja, super obsługa i pyszne jedzenie. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu ( rodzina 2+2)
Polecam calym sercem. Jesteśmy pod wrażeniem hotelu jak i samego Londynu

Transactional and unwelcoming.
Pros:

Nice location and attractive lobby/bar.

Cons:

Strange policies. Not able to charge bar/food to room. Shower had shampoo but no conditioner or lotion for our "class of room". The shower gel was empty. There was no coffee maker, just instant coffee in the room. No coffee available in the lobby.
The towels were as thin as old rags. The pillows flat. There was no way to cool the room. Just heat. Very hot. The tv volume was restricted very low and was hard to hear. It all made for an atmosphere that felt unwelcoming and transactional.
