L’hotel nel complesso era carino e la posizione diciamo buona
Non mi è piaciuto il servizio che ho ricevuto , mancavano due asciugamani e non mi hanno mai preparato quattro letti ma sempre due matrimoniali anche se gli ho detto che eravamo in 4.
La cena sono rimasto deluso perché la mezza pensione mi hanno fatto pagare l’acqua e i ragazzi me li volevano far pagare, Quindi inutile prendere la mezza pensione soldi buttati . Ti danno solo due portate il resto si paga tutto a cena. Cosa mai vista in altri hotel

Location was nice. It’s a good value. Buffet breakfast that was free for children was excellent and what we needed. We should’ve paid in advance for it.
The 2nd bed for the kids in the room was a futon not a real bed and that was a surprise and disappointment, but it was fine.

Chambre située juste en dessous de la salle de sport, dans laquelle les utilisateurs jettent des poids par terre très très tôt le matin, et qui font tout trembler. Vu le prix de la chambre, il est bien désagréable de se faire réveiller à 6h du matin par un tremblement de terre.
This hotel is far from deserving a four-star rating. The room was dirty, the bed sheets were old and worn out, and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable.
The shower continuously flooded, soaking the carpet and causing a terrible humid smell throughout the room. I reported the shower flooding numerous times during my stay, but nothing was properly fixed. After the fourth day, I simply gave up reporting the issue. The breakfast was not great. Staff were nice and probably did the best they could.
