Boa, fomos bem recebidos, só tivemos o problema com a troca de roupa de cama.

A acomodação tinha tudo que precisávamos como família. O bar do hotel tem comida, o que facilita muito com criança.

Cons:

Tivemos um problema que o time da limpeza não trocou a roupa de cama que estava suja no último dia de estadia, e como só vimos isso no final do dia, o hotel não tinha mais serviço de troca, só recebemos os lençóis e tivemos que fazer nos mesmos a troca da roupa de cama.

Ok , maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar

De ligging is heel goed , je bent binnen 5 min aan de metro en Borough Market

Cons:

Heel kleine kamers en vooral het Restaurant ! Heel onvriendelijke verantwoordelijke die zich superieur voelde tegenover het personeel mar ook ten opzichte van de klanten " verschrikkelijk " tetxijlbhij wel alle dagen moedt komen melden wat ze niet hadden van de kaart . Alle dagen waren er wel 3 of 4 dingen die er niet waren . Pasta is er op 3 dagen geen enkele keer geweest ! Wij hadden Dinner included mer 2 volwassene en onze 2 dochters van 15 en 13 jaar . De eerste avond was er een andere manager en toen geen enkel probleem , kinderen boven 11 jaar mogen van de normale kaart eten . De 2 andere avonden was hij er wel en 2 dagen discussie over de kinderkaart of niet met de manager . Bovendien was hij heel Hautain " wat je andere dagen misschien foutief verkregen hebt wil niet zeggen dat je dat terug krijgt " Ook was het herl onduidelijk wat er nu inbegrepen was . Hoeveel gangen ? Waar moest je voor bijbetalen ? Bv . Steak was + 7 euro . ..... kortom stresserend om daar op Restaurant te gaan . Ontbijt was uitgebreid maar ook heel onvriendelijk en het eten was koud . Voor ons de minste Novotel die we al gedaan hebben .

Super miejsce wypadowe na zwiedzanie Londynu
Pros:

Super lokalizacja, bardzo blisko metro i Borough Market. Hotel czysty i zadbany, pokoje również. Ładne lobby i restauracja z barem na dole - pyszne drinki :)

Cons:

Śniadania słabe i codziennie to samo - english breakfast - fasolka, jajecznica, kiełbaska i bekon, ewidentnie najsłabszy punkt hotelu. Brak szczotek do WC w łazienkach (dość niekomfortowe)

Odlična lokacija, vrlo dobar doručak, ljubazno osoblje

Odlična lokacija, vrlo dobar doručak , odličan krevet za odmor.

Cons:

Osim vode nema ništa na raspolaganju u sobi ni u mini baru ni Voće. Slaba teretana. Relativno male sobe, prozor se ne zatvara dobro.
