Gutes Hotel an Top Lage. Grosse und saubere Zimmer mit gutem Bett. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Self checking führt dazu dass man kein Personal trifft, ich kann es daher auch nicht bewerten. Ich finde es sympathischer wenn man einen persönlichen Kontakt hat beim Check in, man hat ja vielleicht auch mal eine Frage. So ist es unpersönlich.

Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Ausführlicher Hinweis zur Handhabung und Bezahlung des Parkplatzes in der Tiefgarage.
Vor allem der Hinweis dass bei Anreise bezahlt werden muss fehlt am Eingang und im Self Checking

Great installations and breakfast, but too much of a DIY vibe for an expensive hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful interiors, very well maintained, great design. The breakfast is AMAZING.

Cons:

Very Expensive for an understaffed hotel, feels a bit like a ghost hotel with the self check-in at night. But that’s Switzerland I guess. Rooms a bit too warm and no temperature controls in the room. Shower drain was clogged when we arrived in the evening, team fixed it quickly the next morning. Little refrigerator in the room not working either, had to use a communal refrigerator in the lobby.

Perfekter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Frühstück war facettenreich und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Altstadt steht praktisch vor der Tür. Das Parkhaus ist sehr gross. Das Einchecken ist sehr einfach über die Computerstation vor Ort und dem Mobiltelefon. Sollte man Hilfe brauchen steht Ihnen ein Telefon zur Verfügung.
