Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, die gesamte Ausstattung in gutem Zustand, die Betten waren bequem, ein Zimmertresor war ebenfalls verfügbar.

Cons:

Beim Check-In funktionierten beide Touchscreens nicht. Der telefonische Check-IN als Backup-Verfahren ging dann problemlos. Die Kosten für das öffentliche Parkhaus (Migros-Supermarkt) waren falsch angegeben, die Nutzung kostet 20 Sfr statt der bei der Buchung angegebenen 16 Sfr pro Nacht. Ein Hinweis, bei der Anreise mit eigenem PKW dieses Parkhaus zu nutzen, wäre hilfreich gewesen. Beim Frühstück wurde das Müsli nicht nachgefüllt, die Rühreier und der Speck waren fast kalt.

Pros:

Check-in et check-out simples et sans complications. Pour un voyage d’affaires d’un à deux jours, c’est top.

Cons:

Pour ceux qui apprécient le contact avec les gens, c’est à éviter. Le personnel se fait rare et il y a très peu de contact humain.

OK, but I wouldn’t stay again in summer
Pros:

Location. The breakfast is “ok” but not great.

Cons:

Air conditioning was very poor, and was switched off overnight. The room was very hot and I had trouble sleeping. The room itself was quite basic and dated. When I arrived it was not clear how to pay for parking downstairs, and I had to ring the helpline to find out. That information could easily be added to the email joining instructions or at the hotel entrance.

Schön grosses Zimmer.

Cons:

Leider keine Klimaanlage, der Lüfter hilft bei 35 Grad draussen wenig auch wenn das Zimmer noch einigermassen kühl war.
