Pros:

I have stayed in many hotels over the years, and I can honestly say this was one of the best hotel and service experiences of my life.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, supportive, and genuinely caring. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and comfortable, always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness made all the difference.

The room was spotless, and the entire hotel was impeccably clean. Every detail reflected the care and pride they take in creating a wonderful experience for their guests.

I was also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful complimentary touches, including a glass of wine and delicious pastries. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh and delicious food.

What touched me the most was the thoughtful gift they gave me when I was leaving. It was such a kind gesture and a perfect ending to a wonderful stay.

This is truly a wonderful place, and I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality. Thank you for making my stay so memorable!

We absolutely loved our stay in this Hotel! Even got an upgrade. Also, the staff was beyond friendly and very helpful!

Cons:

The only thing disappointing was the breakfast buffet. There wasn‘t a really nice selection on the buffet and a couple of things didn’t look fresh (fruit-salad, salmon). We would have loved to have a croissant being in France, but unfortunately there wasn’t any. This could definitely need an improvement as it was also quite expensive.

An oasis in Montmartre
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room had a private little outside area where you could sit and enjoy the weather. The bed was comfortable and the room was modern. air conditioned, and well appointed. We even had a skylight with a screen we could adjust with a remote control. It is in a quiet area, but only a few minute walk from many of the popular areas of Montmartre. Offers an express or full breakfast which were both satisfying.

Cons:

The aesthetic choices made in the common areas and hotel rooms are not my taste at all. I thought it made things look cheaper / tackier than they are. Some of the fabric choices for curtains etc are simply hideous
