Pros:

Wunderschönes Zimmer in einem wunderschönen Hotel. Die Lage ist gut, fußläufig ist man in 20 min im Zentrum. Das Frühstück ist sehr süß ausgelegt, aber in Ordnung.

Alles war neu, sauber, bequem. Großes Zimmer, bequemes Bett, modernes Bad. Mineralwasser im Kühlschrank, Tee und ein Wasserkocher. Gute Verkehrsverbindungen, supernette Personal. Ich war in den letzten 5 Jahren oft in der Stadt, und das war die beste Erfahrung.

Excellent hotel with a private balcony overlooking a Russian Orthodox cathedral. It was a dream!
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruit and pastries, and eggs and fruit.

Cons:

The air con could not be turned down below 20 Celsius. I would’ve liked it at 18 for sleeping.

Hotel spełnił oczekiwania, jeśli wrócę do Florencji ponownie go zarezerwuję.
Pros:

Pełne śniadanie z wędlinami, serami i jajkami, życzliwa obsługa. Blisko dworca kolejowego, dojazd z lotniska tramwajem za 1.70 EURO.

Delightful hotel in great location
Pros:

This hotel is a delight. The rooms are spacious and modern (including bathrooms), the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is great. It's right by the Fortezza de Basso park, a pleasant 10 minute walk to the Mercato Centrale, 20 minutes to the Piazza del Duomo, and just 2 minutes from the T2 tram. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Overall comfortable and recommended
Pros:

Traveled from Santa Maria Novella station to hotel via tram (just a couple of stops away) for a reasonable euro or two.
very close to the tram stop. Early arrival and room was immediately available which was a relief for us. Rooms were clean well appointed and comfortable. State of the art room occupancy indicator outside the room eliminated staff interruptions while resting (this should be employed by every hotel). Largest shower in Italy for us and backdrop was appropriate and amusing. The room was in my wifes words small and tight. For the limited time we stayed there was not an issue for me.
