Please note that minors under 18 years old can not stay in the Master Suite.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

The hotel can accept pets only in the Standard Twin Room or Master Suite for an extra charge and presentation of the animal vaccination card. Hotel excelente e confortável
Pros:

Hotel bem cuidado, ótima limpeza, funcionários simpáticos, bom café da manhã, restaurante muito bom, quarto confortável e de bom tamanho, chuveiro forte.

Cons:

Piscina grande e bonita, porém, a climatização poderia deixar a água um pouco mais quente para os dias mais frios.

As instalações são muito boas e o atendimento da equipe, principalmente do restaurante e da recepção são muito atenciosos

Cons:

Após o término do período do carnaval, quarta feira de cinzas, houve uma redução drástica da equipe de atendimento, principalmente no bar que atende a piscina. Era muito difícil conseguir alguém para atender aos pedidos. Entendo ter mais pessoal no período de alta, mas reduzir tão drasticamente a equipe nos dias seguintes para os hóspedes que permaneceram, foi bem ruim

Melhor hotel de Indaiatuba
Pros:

Atendimento, conforto, limpeza, localização. Tem uma boa academia, piscina deliciosa. Adoro o hotel.

Cons:

O hotel é perfeito, mas o restaurante poderia ser melhor. No café da manhã é muito bom, mas para almoço deixa a desejar. Tem uma estação de massas q parece não estar em uso... já foi melhor. Outro ponto negativo é o atendimento na piscina.

Pros:

Um hotel com quartos grandes e vistas fantásticas. Muito boa piscina, grande e bonita, com área ampla perto da piscina e organização linda. Ar condicionado funciona. Hotel possui estacionamento. Gostamos do hotel e vamos voltar.

Cons:

Não gostei da qualidade pre produtos de padaria no cafe de manha. Pode ser que não é a qualidade, mas as receitas de padaria que eu não gosto.
