Pros:

Rooms well appointed and large. Excellent breakfast - bonus for cafe free eggs and numerous oatmeal toppings. Great coffee too.

Cons:

Having to pay for parking is ridiculous in suburbia where there are parking lots as far as the eye can see. Also, the irrigation system needs a lot of work - it’s important to be good stewards of water and the parking lot was gushing with water from broken lines throughout the property. Also you need more luggage carts. It was impossible to get one.

There’s definitely room for improvement

The stuff was pretty helpful.

Cons:

The room cleanliness was below my expectations. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the toilet was broken, causing water to run continuously until it was manually fixed.

The breakfast could also be improved. The selection was very limited, with no fresh vegetables or fruit other than green bananas. In addition, both the juicer and the toaster were out of order.

Excellent location and staff.

1. The hotel is old and not updated
2. Under staffed. The Person at the front desk is the person who does laundry
3. The pillows are plastic —-the pillow cases don’t cover the pillows as they slide around when you sleep
4. Sheets are scratchy polyester
5. My room smelled like dog poo

Cons:

Air conditioner was broken, but at least the night was cool, so it helped with the windows open. We told the front desk and they said that they were very apologetic and said that they would fix it right away.
