Cons:

La ducha llena de sarro, no salía prácticamente agua. El baño emanaba un olor muy malo a la habitación. La taza del baño estaba mala. Está muy sobrevalorado para las habitaciones que ofrecen.

O NH Cordillera NÃO É UM HOTEL 4 ESTRELAS COMO DIZ O BOOKING. No máximo 2 estrelas e meia ou 3.....
Pros:

O pessoal que faz atendimento é gentil, mas não tem desculpas para as falhas do hotel, como: TV a cabo, não conseguíamos acessar aos canais que queríamos e a recepção não sabia informar.

Cons:

O edifício onde se encontra o hotel é antigo e faltam reformas.
O quarto é antigo e o banheiro está em péssimas condições. No corredor interno há uma placa de metal no teto que está enferrujada. Isso não é possível em um hotel 4 estrelas.
As toalhas de banho são antigas e algumas bem gastas.
A porta de entrada do quarto tem dois buracos horríveis do lado de fora. Dá para entender que trocaram a fechadura, mas não fecharam os buracos. Dá uma péssima impressão para um hotel que se diz 4 estrelas!!!!
O carpete dos corredores é velho e precisa de uma limpeza profunda.
O café da manhã é ruim. Os queijos e embutidos ficam guardados sem cobertura, então no dia seguinte estão ressecados.
Muito ruim o café da manhã.
TV a cabo tem um controle antigo que não ajuda a encontrar os canais desejados.
O valor da diária é de 5 estrelas e tivemos condições de hotel 2 ou máximo 3 estrelas.

Boa, mas não ótima.
Pros:

Boa localização, fácil acesso aos pontos centrais da cidade. Restaurantes, cafés e sorveterias a 8 - 12 minutos à pé.
O croissant servido no buffet do café da manhã, com o doce de leite e a geleia de frutas vermelhas foram a atração da hospedagem.

Cons:

A limpeza poderia ser melhor. Quando chegamos no quarto, no primeiro dia de acomodação, tinham cabelos na área de banho.
