Very cool hotel, was a pleasant stay, any complaints are minor!
Pros:

Very nice room, location was good, parking great, enjoyed the stay for the most part!

Cons:

Room was cold and thermostat was locked so we couldn’t turn the temp up any higher. Bed is hard and uncomfortable.

Meech, Michelle and Latoya were friendly, pleasant and very helpful. The best staff we have ever encountered.

Clean and well cared for restaurants near by the hotel restaurant was not open on a Sunday night just the bar.

Pros:

Room was very big and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable, and everything was v very clean.

Cons:

It was initially a bit confusing as to how to get to the lobby from parking garage, but we figured it out.

Pros:

Central location in downtown Akron, near the fabulous library. Very nice and helpful staff, with great knowledge of the area. Comfortable, spacious rooms.
Only downsides: No room service, and not too many good dining options within walking distance (good local restaurants in Akron, but we had to Uber). Restaurant at the hotel had odd hours and the food was pretty low quality; it was more of a watering hole than a restaurant.

Very nice!
Pros:

Downtown location, with adjacent parking garage, was excellent. No meal service on Sunday evening but breakfast on Monday morning was good. Rooms were well laid out and comfortable. Staff was attentive.

Cons:

Outdoor patio area was not terribly inviting. Needs more shade, and perhaps a water feature.
