Air conditioning is not functioning satisfactory

Overall good

Experience was good, but the room service was not up to the mark. I requested for a plumber to clear the blockage in our wash basin; but none came to clear it up.
Else than that, t’was indeed an experience I would cherish for the rest of my life.

AC not working Support staf also not nesponding properly need to use fan as ac was not working at all

Hotel is located in the mid of market. It helps in going around shopping as well.Food was great. Rooms are spacious and good hospitality. Also reception was very cooperative and allowed 2 hrs of extension in check out due to flight delay.House keeping is Great.
Overall Very Good Stay.

Good View Room was great. But I was keep hearing big noises of shower,cleaning from neighboring rooms in a big way. Bathroom was in shady state with rusty marks and seeping water

This hotel is very nice, one of the managers Kishore took care reported issues right away. Very good service, overall its excellent for the price.

Most horrible experience. They had chimney pump running right above the room and full sound in the room. Could not sleep

The hotel is located in the centre of the city and there are many shops within walking distance to do shopping. Overall, we had a good stay here.

It was a pleasant experience and the staff were so friendly and supportive. Breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed staying in this hotel worth the money spent.

Overall the stay was a good experience added with some issues in the Internet connectivity and bit leakage in the bathroom tap.

I stayed in the hotel after 7 years as i had pleasant memories of good service. The staff is very friendly, co-operative and helpful, but the property needs major renovation.
The bathrooms are run down, the furniture looks a little worn off, and the walls are so thin, that the TV sound of the adjoining can be clearly heard.
The gym should be expanded, it has only one treadmill.

Food was good. Support staff at reception were not helpful. Will not recommend to others

Being a 4* rated , the room's needs were not in place. The phone has options like reception, housekeeping etc, but when you press the button nothing happens. There is no notice in room as to on what number you need to contact reception or any service.
As it is usually 9 for reception I tried on it but in vain, I got to try different numbers to contact house keeping for towels. Finally when I contacted reception and asked them about this they were very light in taking things. When I asked for manager he had left for the day @ 10.30. While checking out they were not even paying attention to my complaint as there was some group booking.
Check out also took long time as they were saying some part of amount is not received from hotels.com
