Pros:

El hotel está ubicado super céntrico y la mayoría del personal es muy amable! La comida también está muy rica y tienen una variedad de desayuno muy amplio. La habitación era muy amplia y tenía lindas vistas.

Cons:

El colchón era demasiado rígido, por lo que tenía dolor de espalda. Pedimos un topper, nos dijeron que si y nunca lo pusieron. El baño estaba tapado, pedimos lo arreglaran y tampoco se hizo. Siempre se lo dijimos al mismo chico de recepción y nos decía que si, pero luego no lo hacían.

Die Nähe zum Zentrum, Freundlichkeit des Personals an der Rezeption, Parkplatz für die Motorräder direkt vor dem Eingang, das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und von hoher Qualität.

Cons:

Die beworbenen 2 Restaurants sind eigentlich nur 1 richtiges und 1 Snack Bar. Der Zutritt zum richtigen Restaurant wurde uns zum Abendessen von einer Dame ziemlich unfreundlich verwehrt und wir wurden dann an die Snack Bar weiterverwiesen. Ziemlich verärgert durch diese Behandlung und durch das Speisen Angebot mit ohrenbetäubender Dauerberieselung durch einen Hobby Elvis haben wir uns dann ein Restaurant außerhalb des Hotels gesucht. Schade, denn ein Restaurant innerhalb des Hotels war ein wichtiger Grund für die Auswahl. Diese Vorgehensweise führte auch zu Verärgerung anderer Gäste. Dazu roch es im ganzen Hotel nach Chlor vom Schwimmbad.

Spacious hotel clean and good breakfast

Cons:

No garage parking available although when we checked there were plenty of spaces available but the hotel said they were fully booked.
I assume that all spaces had been given to a car club group that didn't use all of them

Pros:

Las camas eran cómodas y la ubicación al lado del río.

Cons:

El check-in que ya me parece una vergüenza que sea a las 16:00h y encima la habitación no estaba preparada hasta las 16:19h. Y me quejo por escrito y me contestan que es mentira, que la habitación se entregó a las 16:06h y que ya ponía a partir de las 16:00h, pero no se dan cuenta lo ridículos que son: es el cliente el que puede llegar más tarde, NO ELLOS.
En fin, habrá que conformarse con no repetir ni recomendar.
