Malas formas en el trato
Cons:

Hacía tiempo que no nos trataban de forma tan prepotente y tan chulesca en un hotel.

El chaval de recepción no puede trabajar de cara al público, si está enfadado o cansado porque tiene un grupo grande de personas mayores que no para. De darle trabajo no es culpa de los demás clientes.

En cuanto al parking, le solicitamos plaza para guardar 5 motos ( parking privado prácticamente vacío ) . Le solicitamos 2 plazas para las 5 motocicletas que cabían perfectamente y nos sacó una tercera plaza a mitad de precio…. En fin, solo se salvó la chica que trabajaba en el bar, Estrella se llamaba, un espectáculo de mujer, simpática, atenta y buena persona. Ella es de 10. Deberían de aprender de ella

Las instalaciones muy bonitas y cómodas, el buffet de desayuno muy rico, el trato del personal muy elegante y profesional

Cons:

Solo por poner un pequeño detalle la luz era muy tenue en la habitación pero por el resto todo espectacular

Pros:

El desayuno buffet es una pasada! La habitación aunque no era espectacular era muy confortable, con camas amplias y cómodas. El personal de 10👍
Bueno, y ojo con la merienda 😋

Cons:

Por poner algo, la zona del spa está un poco anticuada y el gym es un poco pequeño, pero oye, que tiene spa y gym 👍👍🥰🥰
