HOTEL BIEN UBICADO PERO DECEPCIÓN PARA SER CUATRO ESTRELLAS. ANTIGUO.

LO AVEJENTADO DE LAS INSTALACIONES. BAÑOS, DECORACIÓN HABITACIONES, ARMARIOS, MOQUETAS PASILLOS, ETC.
LA PISCINA DEL SPA TENÍA EL AGUA MUY TURBIA Y TIERRA EN EL FONDO CERCA DE LOS ESCALONES. SE PISABA AL BAJAR AL AGUA.

Agréable séjour dans cet hôtel très confortable.
Pros:

Grand hôtel situé près du centre de Vielha. Notre chambre au dernier étage était spacieuse et très agréable (la partie sous les toits donnait l'impression d'être dans un chalet). C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons et le buffet de la demi-pension est toujours aussi fabuleux! Comme celui du petit-déjeuner, il est varié et excellent. De plus, nous avions droit tous les jours à un goûter gratuit : chocolat chaud et gâteaux, très appréciable après la journée de ski! (des casiers pour les skis sont disponibles dans le sous-sol, Baqueira est à 20mn en voiture et nous vous conseillons de visiter les jolis villages sur la route). Le personnel est sympathique et parle français également. Une piscine intérieure (et hammam) est disponible sur réservation ainsi qu'une petite salle de sport. Nous avions pris le parking payant sous-terrain (15 euros par jour) mais il est facile de garer sa voiture devant l'hôtel dans le grand parking gratuit.

Cons:

Il faisait très chaud la nuit dans la chambre et le dernier jour, nous entendions assez bien les voisins...

El desayuno es espectacular, pero el equipo de trabajo no puede ser mas profesional, educado y atento. La ubicación es ideal para salir a pistas y por supuesto el servicio para guardar el material.
